This is a great L-Glutamine supplement. It's excellent for recovery. It dissolves very quickly and does not add any discernible taste to whatever you mix it to. Works great with creatine mixed into a protein shake or hydration drink.

Product is great but PLEASE MAKE THE SCOOP LONGER. Or shorten the size of the container itself - it’s only about halfway full anyway. It’s so difficult to scoop at the end.

great price and quantity. i mix it in room temp water and chug it. its quite flavorless but does have just a twinge of something there. just basic, pure glutamine powder. i haven’t been using it long enough to notice any side effects. i haven’t seen issues with settling but i do drink it quick. i use a frother mixer to mix it in. the texture is very interesting and hard to explain but you can kind of see it in the photo i took, where it’s clinging the the side of the scoop. kind of like a fake snow texture.
