Healthy Origins, Vitamin D3, Softgels Each with 10,000 IU, 120 Softgels, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free

I'm happy I could find again this vitamin D3 with 10,000 IU. It helps me with the calcium in my bones and it also helps with the mood, living in a country where it often rains, Vitamin D3 is much needed. It lasts long too. Good value for money.

People don't realise the strength of vitamin D needed for the cold months, when the sun is at its weakest. It helps me get over colds much quicker, and it's better for my whole being. I will be buying more of these, once I run out

This is a decent Vitamin D3 supplement that we’ve used for over two years. It has helped us keep our vitamin D levels in a normal range, which matters to us living in the UK where we don’t get much sunlight. We feel comfortable including it as part of our weekly routine. The dosage we follow is one softgel a week as advised by our GP, and the softgels are small and easy to swallow without upsetting our stomachs. The price is reasonable, and the expiry date is more than two years away, which is a real plus. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a straightforward vitamin D supplement with dependable quality.

The Dosage might seen high but the benefits involved after taking this for a short period of time is unbelievable. It's not easy to find this dosage on the market, so makes it a great value for money.

Well the pills work surprisingly These Actually work since I gave myself vit D toxicity and overdosed on vit D Lol I had blood work done, combine levels 309 Healthy levels should be around 140-180 I imagine But those or on the very high end as well Be careful with vit D over supplementation as it caused me to get shin splints that were quite painful And takes a few weeks to a couple months to recover from - vit d does some weird stuff with bone pain and calcification Also if you over supplement with vit D its stored in fat and has a half life of around 2-3 weeks so if you stop cold turkey you will still have a decent amount of vit d in your system But yeah 10'000 IU is probably too much, 1000 ish should be fine if youre very deficient and are having regular bloodwork done and prescribed by a doctor STAY SAFE KIDS much love
