Just perfect
I got this phone for my son who is 6 years and autistic, so he not take care his device. But this phone is doin very well, its looks like he can’t damaging not that iphones before. The screen is very nice, battery life also good as well and is inaf fast for him, we have different before this and he is complaning for that slow. Hope this will be a longer life and I happy to buy another for him if is this die…

i bought this phone in february and is now useless
the phone keeps shutting down randomly and is hard to bring back up as a phone this is of no use at all it is useless

Not as good as Android 9
Bought this a few months ago and am very disappointed. It lacks a lot of basic functions as in my previous BV5500 Pro such as: 1. No earphone jack socket so have to use "ear buds" or buy USB earphones. 2. No short cuts for websites onto homepage. 3.No screenshot controls 4. No home screen clock 5. No home screen calendar 6. No widget option I am considering returning this. Cannot permanently turn off media volume

Perfect phone for outdoors and work very rugged and waterproof, good screen,it takes two sim cards and a SD card perfect,android 13, better than more expensive phones got this money.
