I bought myself one of these and also one for my dad for Christmas. I was very impressed at how lightweight and compact this dashboard camera is. The settings are pretty straight forward to set up before fitting it in your car, I did both in about 10 minutes. I fitted mine this morning and for someone who would normally shy away from fitting something like this I would get my dad to do it. However, I fancied a go myself and within half an hour it was fitted with the help of a few black cable ties. The wire is less than half a cm thick so easily slides into the seals and behind the plastic interior. There is ample wire, as I have a 15 plate Ford Focus and my camera is positioned to the left of the interior mirror and I've still got about 6-8 inches of wire spare that tucked in behind the central pillar of the dashboard. In terms of picture quality, I am very impressed. Obviously if you are facing into direct sunlight there is a white haze to the picture, even with exposure and white balance at its lowest, but you can still get decent footage. I then reversed out of my drive, so was facing away from sunlight and I got a detailed, panoramic view for a good 100 yards so on the road will provide you adequate coverage should you have an accident. If you're like me and often charge your phone using the cigarette lighter, the power cable for this camera has a USB socket so acts as a dual charger. I am amazed at the level of quality I have received for just over £30!

Where to start with this...Well from the top delivery of the product was swift. The packaging was well packed and the product inside was pristine. Looking at it, its confusing why someone would spend over £100 on some dashcams rather than this. There was a small amount of charge in the battery and like always I don't look at the instructions, I just learn by doing. Going through the menu system was pretty simple and from reading previous reviews about the instructions there probably isn't any point. You'll probably have more luck through the Q&A section on Amazon. Took the camera for a test run on a quick drive and the car charger surprisingly had a USB port on the top which I didn't expect. This is convenient considering I use my phone also. The mount itself is very sturdy and sits well on the windscreen. It has dropped off once, but that was due to me how I put it on. As soon as the charger was plugged in the camera fired up and began recording straight away. Clear picture and there wasn't any apparent distortion in the video. On playback of the footage, I was very impressed with the quality. Sound was clear and because I hit a pothole it automatically registered that it was abnormal and locked the file. Nice little feature I thought in registering an accident. Been using it a lot now for the near month I have had it. Just need to inform my insurance company now that I have one.

This dash cam was brilliant for the first 7/8 months. The screen is very clear, good recording quality and started up automatically when the car was turned on which was handy and meant i didn't forget to turn it on. Unfortunately this dash cam has now developed a fault and gets stuck after around 10 minutes of recording then ends the video, tries to start recording again and gets stuck after 4-6 seconds repeatedly each time so I end up with loads of 5 second videos! If you try to stop it doing this the screen goes green and doesn't work at all until you turn it on and off again... then it repeats this whole scenario. It was very good while it worked, disappointed now but says it comes with 1years warrenty so I have contacted the seller to see what they can do.

Smaller and slimmer than I expected so is unobtrusive on the windscreen. Clamp is also compact but has powerful suction allowing camera to sit neatly behind rear-view mirror where screen cannot be seen by driver or obstruct vision. Angle of lens wide enough to show right across road and verges/pavements on each side. I have airbags down side of windscreen so unable to hook cable away like others have, instead sellotaped it to edge of glass, down by door frame, under dust mat to ash tray at front of centre console ..... plenty of wire for this. In fact wire would have reached to between front seats where there is another power point under arm rest, but unfortunately the plug is just a bit too big to close arm rest cover down completely. Car is BMW 3series. Took me sometime to set up, still not sure if got features set right/as I want, but I am not too good with modern gadgets. Instructions clear about what buttons are for but, like most things, you need to navigate the menus as you want; which is not my strong point. I am not taking off stars for not being able to fit 'unseen' or 'difficulty' setting up as these are particular to me. The main reason I bought this was having had a head on collision in a single track, winding lane where it was not my fault but had no witnesses .... for it doing the job in the event of a similar incident I give it 5*. Arrived on time, well packed and easy to open.

Firstly, for £25 initially I thought it is a very good product which did the job expected and without any concerns or issues.....of course it is not going to perform as good as the higher priced products at 4-5 times the price and unreasonable to compare and criticise. Excellent delivery and thought good quality product for price paid.Initial problem which turned out to be a defective or poor quality new supposedly appropriate SD card for a dashcam (purchased from another seller). Would strongly recommend buying a quality SD card (I paid £10) and not the £5 rubbish. Excellent customer service.... Update This replacement camera only lasted a year before images started becoming jumpy and even failed to record at certain times..... Would recommend saving your money to get a more reliable camera, bearing in mind what the purpose of this camera is..... You don't want it failing at the most critical of times!

IVe owned this dash cam for almost a year So thought I'd come back & do a long term review. For the price it's a decent bit of kit, I can't tell you how many times I've had Near-collisions & have felt 'less worried' because I can prove I'm not the one at fault. With the amount of crazy drivers on the road I don't drive anywhere without it now. The handy window mount is very easy to use and so I quickly detach the dash cam at the end of the day & secured it again in the morning, takes less than 10 seconds so it really is no fuss and prevents any break ins by leaving it in the vehicle. There are a number of things that aren't perfect & here's some of the things I don't like or think need improving: 1. At night the number plates of other vehicles can't be seen very well until you're pretty close, say behind them in traffic. The built in light is practically useless as it doesn't hit the road at all. I do a fair bit of driving at night & that's the main reason for dropping a star. To combat this, I will say the plate out loud should someone be causing a problem. The built in mic will pick it up but if you cant catch the number plate quick enough it does leave you a bit stumped. 2. The mic isn't brilliant but it does its job pretty well if you speak clearly. Ill always turn the radio down if I'm saying a plate for example. 3. As I said above the built in light is useless, it doesn't impact on the road or help view plates at night so it's a feature I could live without. 4. I have LED lights on my car and at night these seem to reflect off numberplates and dazzle the camera making plates harder to pick up. 5. Minor niggle but the date and time don't always stay updated so the time stamps on recording can be wrong. 6. It will only work for about a minute or so without being plugged in. I knew this prior to purchasing from other reviews but isn't a big deal it just means having to review the footage on a computer. Things I like: 1. Quick to set up out of the box & easy to use. 2. Sturdy attachments which are also quick to attach/detatch the camera from. Also holds onto the windscreen very well. 3. Not too big - hides pretty well behind my interior mirror & doesn't block my vision. 4. Loop recording & file protection meaning I don't have to go through & delete all the footage that's useless but the dash cam will do it for me. The protection feature is great as those needed clips aren't overwritten, Overall it's worth the money 100%. Its lasted almost a year, a lot longer than I thought it would for the price. I won't travel without one now as they really do offer great protection whilst driving. Another little plus is that my insurance premium came down a little solely because I have a dash cam, I guess because they know you're more likely to drive sensibly when you're being recorded and will have video evidence of a collision should one happen & therefore cost them a lot less money. Get a dash cam - cover yourself & be safe.

The images are comparable with more expensive cameras, and the product is being improved all the time. Because of the JPEG encoding for the video feed, it can appear a little jerky if using a slower memory card, but this does not detract from the positives, which include: - The neatness of the camera - the body is less than a centimetre in depth (the lens sticks out further of course, but even with that we have less than 3 cm.) Compared with the chunky models on the market, and the weird fixings on some of them, this has been designed with neatness in mind. - Window fixing. The suction cup sticks well, but where the camera goes in, there is a small clip to lock it. No chance of it dropping out while you are driving - Because of the thickness of the body, there is little chance of accidentally getting your fingers on the lens when fitting to the suction cup - a small point, but if you've used chunkier models, you'll know what I mean - The view screen, just under 7 cm diagonally from corner to corner - The controls are neat and easy to operate on the rear of the camera - The manual - It was originally in a short, translated form, but it has been totally and comprehensively rewritten inn English, and if you contact the supplier, they will be happy to send you a PDF if your purchase doesn't already have that manual included. It is the best manual on the market, for these type of devices. - Language support for 6 common languages - something to suit everyone - Reliability. I had a chain of budget cameras from Amazon, all of which failed for different reasons after a short period of use. It seems as though suppliers are so keen to get the products to market, there is no final QA testing. Not so with this unit, which is still performing reliably after several week's use in high temperatures - Anti-shake. All dashcams should have this to allow you to read number plates etc. This one works well, but you do get the option to turn it off if you are suitably inclined - Power cable length. At 3 metres, you can mount the camera almost anywhere in the vehicle - Support. In my contact with the supplier, replies have been quick and courteous I'm giving the camera five stars because it is excellent value, looks the part, and works well. I would have liked the video encoding in H.264, to improve the compression ratios and the smoothness of the recording - a 5 minute recording is slightly less than 1 Gbte of data, but a 32Gb card will record over 2.5 hours of data at maximum definition, and lots more at a lower quality. for a front mounting camera, I suggest using Full HD, which allows you to read number plates on the approaching traffic. If you use this as a rear-view camera, you can reduce the quality accordingly as the car right on your tail will be close enough to read the number plate and identify the mad driver at lower resolutions.

It an alright item but not as robust as I would like. The charger for this camera also interferes with your radio (its doing it in both mine and my partners cars!) so not sure what that's about! Will need to buy a new one which isn't too good. UPDATE - I have confirmed that the radio interference is coming from the charger that goes with the camera. I have had to buy two new chargers to rectify the issue for my Partner and I. After several emails to the provider, they just keep replying asking me the same questions over and over again (like a template email) so we haven't really got very far. I am now an additional £12 out of pocket for the two new chargers. I wouldn't buy this product again to be honest, wish I'd shopped elsewhere.

une belle image et avec une carte de 32 gb, elle est idéale. seul bémol, pas d'autonomie sans le cable, il faut donc compter à avoir en permanence le câble allume cigare branché, mais on s'yfait vite. Le transfert de vidéo sur pc, se fait sans souci avec une bonne définition.

Arrivato prima del previsto, confezione ottima nonostante un segno di sporco su un lato. Nel kit abbiamo la dash cam, un cavo accendisigari e un cavo usb. L'attacco della dash cam è una femmina mini USB. Per non sacrificare una intera presa accendisigari consiglio un cavo usb mini usb da almeno 3 metri, da far passare lungo gli interni della macchina per nasconderlo. Installazione rapida, setup abbastanza intuitivo, lingua italiana selezionabile. Registra in full hd laggando e andando a scatti ma con la 920p è perfetto e confermo ogni Feature descritta dal produttore. Senza alimentazione esterna la dash cam si spegnerà da sola dopo aver salvato il video corrente. Consiglio senz'altro il prodotto.

Caméra super pratique. Je l'utilise dans ma voiture et elle fonctionne a merveille. Elle s'allume lorsque l'allume cigare s'allume et s'éteint quand il s'éteint (souvent il est lié au contact de la voiture). Je recommande, très pratique.

Ho Ricevuto la videocamera prima del tempo, il primo problema è che anche se apparentemente sembra tutto nuovo e imballato la videocamera sembra già essere stata utilizzata, presenta dei graffi ben evidenti sia sul display e sia sulla parte esterna quindi per me è già una delusione totale, se poi aggiungiamo che di full hd non c'è niente, che di notte no si vede proprio niente, be vi consiglio di non acquistare ne questo modello che non soddisfa, ne da questo venditore che per quanto mi riguarda ha fatto il furbo.......mi dispiace
