Great fit for T5. Looks great too.
Perfect fit for Honeywell T5. I like how the mount has screw holes for horizontal and vertical mounted electrical boxes. It comes with the 2 screws you need to mount to the electrical box as well. The main purpose for me was to secure the thermostat to the wall (it was very loose before) and it did the job well, but also looks really good too!

Great back plate to cover drywall issues.
Fit perfectly and accents the T9 design. I would highly recommend if needed. We had an old horizontal style thermostat and I as concerned that cuts in the drywall behind would show through so this covered everything great.

Saved the day
I bought this for my new Honeywell RTH21B thermostat. My old thermostat was connected to a junction box so the UWP wall plate couldn't be connected. This screwed perfectly into the junction box and also fit the wall plate. BTW, Honeywell had no solution to make their wall plate fit into a junction box.

This is a fine cover
I am using it with a HoneywellHome/Resideo T9 Smart Thermostat. Fit is good- not awkward with this long-ways rectangular thermostat. It looks completely fine. It was easy to install. It doesn’t look cheap, but it doesn’t look fancy either.

Get this prior to installation
Actually, this was perfect to line up the unit so it would screw into the electrical box and not the prior haphazard method the used to screw into unsupported drywall. Looks professional and finished.

Does the intended job as expected
Looks great as it nicely covers the ugly old thermostat footprint. Easy to install and come with all necessary hardware, and feels well made.

I’m so happy with this cover purchase
Works perfectly. My thermostats had a huge gaping while at the bottom the Sheetrock and wasn’t fully secured cause the bottom had no anchors. This plate changed everything. My thermostat now looks like a professional installation.

Deecorative wall plate or adapter.
I replaced a vertical Honeywell RTH221B1000 thermostat to a horizontal Honeywell X2P Single-Stage Programmable Thermostat model RTH20B. By changing this, there was a big opening that needed to be covered. By going to the fast resourceful way this plate is the right size to cover the hole, the correct one for the thermostat, and easy to install.

Pros: rajoute de l’esthétique et couvre les imperfections. En plastique de bonne qualité et facile à installer. Adapté à mon thermostat Honeywell T9. Cons: je trouve quand même le prix élevé pour un cache en plastique!
