Great value for money.
Great bit of kit. It needs to have a big area to be more effective. Open plan living would suit this very well. The unit has a good sense of the room after one scan and can update the mapping on subsequent runs. The quality of the cleaning is good and through. The app for it is quite easy to use and can set up regular cleans of specific areas.

Looks ok but doesn't work
First of all the quality and build of the product is good. Unfortunately the usability is lacking. After some time I managed to link the unit with my WiFi router and it started to map and clean the lower floor of the house. Next use a couple of days later it dropped the internet connection and wouldn't reconnect. Phoned Phillips service number and was talked through removing and reinstalling the app but that didn't work and this seemed to exhaust the knowledge of the person on the line. Was advised to try removing the unit and reinstall and that she would open a ticket with the service department. However the unit would not re-enter WiFi set up mode no matter what I tried and seemed to be stuck in an operation of telling me it was switching on. Basically it never worked again, I have since sent it back to Amazon for a refund and the Phillips service department email me every few days to ask me to be patient.

Philips - for us always the right choice
Had previously bought a Lanesar product; but could not get it to communicate with our network at home, therefore it was next to useless for us. We returned the Lanesar back to Amazon for credit. This Philips alternative is an excellent product; and works very well. We could not afford the £650.00 original price tag, but it was on offer for £350.00 on Prime Day. We always buy Philips when selecting a new electrical product, even though they are always more expensive. However in this instance, £650.00 is a lot of money for a vacuum cleaner. It all worked out well in the end though; premium product for economy price.

Great gadget
Bought in the black friday sale. Great gadget and does all it should. App works well, maps the space and allows scheduled cleaning. The hoover and mop are perfect for what we need, we have all hardwood / laminate so can't comment on carpets.

Almost brilliant robot vacuum
This is my first robot vacuum cleaner, I’ve been after one for years and was tempted by a great Black Friday deal. Firstly the things I love. It’s simple to set up, it has a charging station with a bag so can go empty itself mid clean if required. It mops as well as vacuums and it does a great job (see before and after photos). It works well on hard floors but also on carpets. The App is easy to download and you can set no go areas (to stop it getting stuck or committing hara-kiri over steep edges). You can also set a wet and dry or just dry clean for different rooms, adjust the number of passes it carries out in a room and adjust the vacuum suction. You can create up to 5 maps for different areas of your home, we have several levels downstairs so this is necessary as the robot un surprisingly can’t climb over steps. It also tells you what is doing, which is very cute, but you can turn this off in the App. The vacuum bag has lasted me a month so far. I can set it going while doing other tasks or set it to clean whilst I’m out.You can also just set it going manually and use it for an intensive clean in a small area. I am also delighted with how effective the mop function works on my hard floors, we have a large tiled hall, kitchen and dinning room. My husband is an excellent but very messy cook and we have two very hairy cats, the robots water tank is small but the floor looks immaculate after 1 cleaning pass. The things I don’t like so much, the App is glitchy and keeps losing one of my maps which is a bit irritating, sometimes it won’t allow me to edit a map and it can “hang” whilst trying to amend a cleaning plan. The robot only comes with two microfibre mop pads, these need to be attached even if you are just doing a dry clean as the Velcro fixing drags on carpet if the pad is not fitted. This means that the pad gets dirty/fluffy on dry cleans. I bought a pack of 5 additional pads meaning I have 7 which is plenty to allow cleaning of my 4 bed house with a few in the wash. It goes under most furniture and cupboards, but does get stuck under my sofa. I will still need to use my old vacuum and steam cleaner occasionally to give a deep clean and do my stair carpet. I am very pleased with the robot, I just wish the App was a little better (🤞for some updates) and would highly recommend it.

Terrible customer service and damaged device
I bought this on Black Friday and worked well for about 2 months then water pump stopped working. I sent it for a repair and got it back next day with a letter saying the robot is damaged and water tank is dismantled and broken ! I’ve never touched it. Or damaged it or done anything wrong with it. However I opened the return box to see the water tank have multiple clear cracks and seems like another device totally. I called the service and told the mangers and made a complaint but they’ve said sorry we didn’t damage it. It’s you and they said if you want it repaired you need to pay us. What made my blood boil is that I looked after the device way too well and nobody lived with me and I’ve never ever sent the device in the way it was returned. However last time I’d trust Philips. Zero customer service and zero service. Philips rejected to return the device and rejected its warranty. They said I’ve sent it to a local shop to repair !! Who on earth send a robot to local shop while he has a full warrant from the factory !!!???? So stupid !!

Stress reliever
Every home needs one of this! I had mine for one year and it hasn’t disappointed. Saved a lot on paying cleaners. At the beginning, there were little software issues but resolved over time. Keeps the tiles and carpet 90% clean. A must have! Remember to unclog it and change mop after each cycle.

Using this for 4 months and it vacuums my tiled and carpet floor really well. I am really surprised by the programming. It leaves no space untouched. If it faces an obstacle it picks alternate route to reach that place and vacuums it. It goes to the corners first and then attends the mid spaces. It even climbs the 20mm threshold at door and gets into the other side of room and does its job. Once job is done, it goes back to the docking station discharges debris and then charges. Really saves a lot of effort and time.

After couple of weeks only the machine not working properly and doing mess instead of cleaning, cleaning is not same as before after only 2 weeks of start using

If the room is all hard floor it works fine but the issue comes when the room has a combination of carpet and hard floor like mine. it get stuck somehow in the rug more than cleaning the room and gets it wet if mopping feature is selected. So for my case it’s one of the worst purchase I ever made.

Yes it cleans but it's very unpractical to operate (u can not control the suction level during operation, nor the Mop level..) .. this Vacuum robot is my second one, I decided to buy a Philips to have a headache free cleaner, I found myself lost within an unfriendly application with minimal control over cleaning my house. I returned it and decided to buy another "unknow brand"
