I love it. I keep about 5 keys on it. My kids pull at it all the time. It feels strong and durable and attaches easily to my belt loop or work bag. The apple location device fits snug and no rattling. Quality device in my opinion.

I simply love this. The durability of this product is a five out of five. It’s strong. It hasn’t messed up on me yet. It’s been almost 4 months that I’ve had it and I can’t help. I don’t have any complaints. The easy use is simple to put together with the instructions inside of the manual five out of five the quality of this product Five this is a really good value for your money. I will give this a five out of five. The size of it. Is it still perfect I work as a SUD counselor so I just hang this right on my pant loop and walk around and it has carries my ID and I also put my ID in there and my credit cards due to some of my credit cards due to the simple fact that it’s got an AirTag on it so I can’t lose it. The weight of it is perfect. It’s not too heavy. It’s not too late put together very well five out of five. The size of the product is five out of five

Updated: company had great customer service and offered a free replacement for the damaged product. Overall, this is a pretty decent retractable badge holder. My biggest downside is I’ve only had this for 6 months and my cable is about to break already! The quality of the AirTag housing is good quality!

This is a great way to look professional in a corporate environment where a regular badge reader easily breaks, this one is great, durable and strong enough to last a long time. I've had my badge for a little over a year now and it's still as strong as it was before! Highly recommend!

I bought these for my grandson to have his keys in his backpack…I think it will hold up! I will write another review after he has used it for a few months!

Bought on Jun 24, 2023. It broke on October 24, 2024. Lasted a year and 4 months! It WAS amazing! Sorta. Parts started breaking off but minor things. Like the badge clasp split. Easy fix, I just put everything on the key ring. Business as usual. But then the other day- it snapped! Felt like something hit me on my gut and then I realized what happened. You can still see the little ring from the badge clasp still on the piece it attached to. AirTag is mine though. It never came with one. I already had one ANDDDDD it says it DOESNT come with one so I don’t know why some people thought it would as it says “Not Included”.. But when I tried to pull the reel wire out, it never retracted again! Wild. So I took it apart. Wound up the metal spring and it retracts now…. BUT the wire is just tied so we’ll see how long that lasts because I’m not paying another $20 to gamble on another one lasting. BUT maybe I just got a weaker one. Who knows? I dont excessively use the reel. I don’t fling my badge around like you can with the normal badge reels. I just used it regularly to badge in and out of my department at work and that’s it. I only bought this for the AirTag part because I kept losing my work IDs and they’re $12 a pop cash money to replace so this was my solution. It DOES say 24 month satisfaction guaranteed - so maybe the seller might replace it for me! I have no option to contact them through here though.

Item arrived damaged with the cord snapped away from the main compartment. Furthermore item was marked and you could tell it had been used previously. Now having a nightmare trying to return it with Royal Mail not turning up for arranged collections. Not what you expect having also paid nearly £20 for it!

This would be great buy to keep one for yourself and give one to your favourite office workmate...with one caveat. First the Pros: - solid and appears/feels like it will last a long time and not break like the standard retractable key pass lanyards do. - you can add your apple airtag into the base by removing the 4 mini screws (using supplied screwdriver), insert your tag and place the cover on top and screw back in. - the cable is about 2 feet or so long ( I did not measure) but the same length as most lanyard retractable cables are. Cons: - It is 2.5 - 3 ounces that will be dangling from your neck all day (with airtag in) so for some they may not like that much weight. It does not bother me. - there are no instructions on how to insert your airtag into the base. Honestly, if you need them you probably should not be buying this product :) - the tiny hex screws require the special screwdriver and if you lose it you may be in trouble. Say in a year you need to replace your airtag battery and you need to unscrew the faceplate off the keychain/pass holder to get to the airtag. If you were given the 2nd one as a gift you better hope the person who gave it to you is still around, and has the screwdriver! If you have electronics specialty screwdrivers and allen/hex key sets in a workroom somewhere, you are probably safe. If not, and you misplace, or don't have the supplied screwdriver, you will be spending time looking for one... Personally, for me this is a great product. Maybe a bit "too" rugged for some. 5 Stars from me!

My first impressions of this lanyard were pretty amazing. It's heavy duty, with a woven steel cable, a strong retraction winding, a robust case for the cards, winding mechanism and air tag holder, and a great trapezoidal carabiner to attach to luggage / belt loop. I can just about guarantee, this thing is never going to break on you. The retraction is smooth and silent, and if you need to wear a badge around on the daily it's honestly a super stylish choice that people will comment on. If you're like me and work in protected areas, you'll also be happy to know that it can pass through the metal detector (at least at my site; your mileage may vary depending on how sensitive your site's detectors are and whether you have other metal on your person at the same time, such as a hardware token, glasses or jewellery). The only downside I have with it is the price, as it is a relatively small, unnecessary accessory. That being said, if you can stomach the price tag it's the best retractable lanyard that I've ever used, and you absolutely will not be disappointed.
