What a legend
Like most Joe Wicks has stole our hearts and motivated even the most reluctant couch potato to start moving (yes me lol). When it was my husbands birthday, I thought I would try one of his books. We love it, the recipes are brilliant (I am no Jamie Oliver), but they are easy to follow, tasty and healthy. He gives you practical advice on food and exercise all the while making it no so painfully boring. Thank you.

Good, not quite great
Love the variety of recipes. I don't like how every recipe uses a different set of ingredients. Means I have a week of one recipe so I don't waste ingredients which gets a bit boring. The itsu 20 minute recipes are better in this respect

Very informal and useful
I am someone who has always struggled with losing weight and this book offers so many lovely low calorie recipies it's hard not to use it. It also contains exercise regimes to help boost the weight loss along. The recipies are easy to follow and it has a massive range of choice. They are also categorised into snacks, low calorie recipies, post workout recipies and desserts. It is very encouraging and has pictures of others who have managed to achieve their goals through following this book.

I love this book its exactly what I needed and its very simple to follow-has lots of lovely pics in which I like when cooking so you can see what it should look like. Its more about a life style change in eating rather than the actual fat loss and I have found that a lot of the recipes are really adaptable and taste amazing so a fab book to have - would defo recommend to try this book out!

Iโm so sad
The book is amazing, the recipes and workouts are brilliant. However, I bought the used โgood conditionโ one bc I have some used books and they are immaculate, but the condition of this book is horrible. The half of the book is folded, when I fold out it leaves a mark, the cover was dirty and missing pieces on the top. If I knew this I wouldnโt buy it bc I love to keep my books in an actual good condition.

Great book!!!
The recipe's are quick and easy and full of great nutrition , not to mention delicious!!! The workouts are great for getting fi, strong and ripped!!! Simple movements that deliver in a big way regardless of your current fitness level. Overall a fantastic book, I highly recommend this to anyone.

Amazing and colourful.
Book is amazing. Fresh ideas. Nice pictures. Not for vegans ( lots of meat and fish). But amazing for those who eat almost all. Workouts included. Also nicely pictured and explained!
