Good quality red pepper flakes (taste and consistency is 100%), but at a price that is 50% more than the local stores. If your local store is a pain to get to (like mine), the trade-off is worth the cost).I checked the quality and immediately dispensed them into a small shaker with a moisture absorber and the rest into the freezer.Since my local store is so far away, it was a pain to stop by for a few items. Now that the manufacturer is distributing using Amazon, my life has gotten much easier.

One bag lasts around 6-7 months with regular use. I use this in EVERYTHING! It adds such a since smoky flavor to any dish. Chicken, beef, veggies, you name it! It’s so yummy and any time I forget to add it to something, I always miss it. Definitely a need in the kitchen

Bought the powder to make Kimchi, wanted to try powder over flakes to see how it would turn out. Worked really well, powder more concentrated so need about half as much as flakes, but great product. Thank you.
