Fun little fidget toy
This is a great fidget spinner. It's compact but also has nice weight to it. It spins smoothly. I do make sure to check the caps are screwed on tight from time to time. There was another review that said they used loctite to make sure it didn't come loose. I thought about doing that, but decided against it because it seems to stay tightened well enough and I like the idea of being able to disassemble it to clean it.

Get thread lock!!!
This thing is amazing. Itโs addictive to play with. BUT the end caps can come unscrewed and if you lose the little washers, it wonโt work. Buy some loctite blue thread lock and apply it to the threads. Carefully disassemble when you do this and you wonโt have to worry about it coming apart mid spin. Itโs very well made. Donโt let the thread advice scare you. Itโs worth the extra effort. Best fidget spinner I have. This and the clicking fidget spinner ring are my favorite. Everyone wants to play with them in the office. Everyone comes in my office just to talk so they can play with it.

My favorite fidget toy
About a yearish ago I bought this for the first time. Immediately I loved it. It was high quality. It had a good weight. The gears make noise. itโs not very loud and personally the noise is one of my favorite parts. There is many ways to fidget like spinning just the gears or spinning the whole thing but then holding one of the gears down to make a fun little noise and sensation. It was one of my favorite spinners. One downfall is after prolong use it may hurt your fingers if you play with the gears a lot. My main complaint is that it does fall apart and if you lose that washier, it wonโt work. However this can be prevented by checking it after every few spins and putting it in its case for travel. Sadly I wasnโt paying attention and it fell apart and I lost the washier. So I ordered a new one. This new one sadly seems to be not as high quality. So thatโs why itโs not 5 stars. But itโs still very nice and would recommend.

Coolest fidget spinner ever!
I had to shoot a vid for this because words wonโt cover it. So please see the vid for how it works (sorry about shaky vid and Iโm obviously no hand model ๐ ). Hold on one axis and gears spin. Hold on the other and the whole thing spins while you can then spin gears in opposing directions to get different results! Itโs almost TOO mesmerizing to serve as a fidget cube. But also fun to blindly spin. Itโs solidly built and has a nice weight. Good tactile aspects with the gears. The gears make it slightly louder than simple spinners, but itโs really not distractingly loud. Keep in mind the video was recorded at point-blank range over a marble table (so it sounds louder than it does in person). I canโt comment on durability because Iโve only just gotten it, but I can say that the construction seems solid. Of course, being ADHD and having a new trinket to hyper-focus on, I dismantled and reassembled it. The axels are threaded so if you find that it loosens, simply twist to tighten again. It seems like it should be reasonably easy to clean. Be careful to disassemble in a clean area if you decide to do to because of small brass spacers (in photo). Overall: AMAZING little fidget toy. A new favorite by far!!

Satisfying motion, satisfying tactile feel
The fidget gears fit tightly when it was new, but after some use they wore in and spin freely. It does unscrew, and again when it was new I had to keep it a little loose to use it. After wearing in, I can now screw it together tightly and it works perfectly. In addition to the gears spinning, you can hold it by one end and the other and spin the whole thing, gears body and all. Very satisfying. In addition to regular care, I used this fidget to help kick my nail biting habit after 30 years (2 months and counting).

Neat, heavy little spinner, and cool for tinkering as well
Indeed appears to be made of brass, this item has some heft to it, which makes it feel good in the hand. Probably not so great for carrying in the pocket. It comes with a case, which is nice, but the case is a bit big. I rather think it might have been better to come in a very small drawstring bag. The gears are not smoothed, which makes for a somewhat sharp, cutting feel as you play with it. And the teeth are not perfectly meshed, so there is a good deal of play between the gears. This extra play makes the toy rattle a bit when spun quickly, and generates a little bit of noise. The ball bearings are smooth, and my toy spins for quite a while. With the shiny brass, and in the right light, you can see the gears shimmer as they spin which adds some interest. When I received mine, the "buttons" where you hold it were not tight. Easy to tighten with my fingers. And doesn't threaten to loosen as I play. However, an added bonus is that I can disassemble the toy for cleaning/adjustment, or just to tinker with. In fact, the gears can be slightly repositioned in or out depending how tight I might want the mesh to be. Pretty cool. Just be careful not to lose the small brass bushings.

Interesting fidget toy but limited usability and broke after a few weeks
I really liked the weight and fine finish of this fidget toy. However, I had problems with it being able to spin around both axis. Only one of the axis goes through the middle and can spin without the screws holding it together coming out. The other axis is screwed into the body of the block and will cause the gears to fall off. After a few weeks of using the fidget spinner, one of the ball bearings got locked up and eventually broke. Now I only have half of it that's functioning. Overall, it's a mediocre product.
