Healthy and yummy
This is so good, less of the fishy taste, nice pairing with the tomato, I trust a product from Denmark too. It paired well with lentils, cream cheese and micro greens on whole grain bread.

These are utterly delicious and a great way to get Omega 3s.
What a great to up your lunch game. Great over a salad. Hopefully, because they are from Denmark, they are Atlantic mackerel. I avoid King mackerel, which is higher in mercury. Check the label.

Mild and flavorful
I love these - they are very nostalgic and remind me of home. I can’t keep them in the house because as soon as they arrive they are eaten within a few days. The tomato sauce is mild and just slightly sweet and the mackerel isn’t fishy. Perfect for lunch on a slice of Danish rugbrød with mayo, sliced cucumber and fresh cracked pepper. You can add a little lemon juice if you like. I highly recommend these.

A taste from home
If you’re Danish you’re gonna love these. My kids eat em right up as soon as they arrive. I buy the rugbrød from Amazon too and some Hellmans mayo on top = pure bliss 🤌🏻

Doesn't look appetizing but flavor is there
I actually like them. Missing one star because does have a slight metallic taste but other than that they are good. I add a little kimchi hot sauce and garlic as it is a little Bland. I will purchase again definitely protein-packed. Salt content is very minimal. Doesn't smell fishy. The tomato sauce is not oily. I think it's a decent value. Very convenient to take to work.
