Law of Debtors & Creditors Case Supplement 2013

This is a little bit more conversational in style than a typical text, and this works to advantage. The readability is very high, though deep themes behind the headline topic are explored, but all in a quite natural flow of reasoning. Nowadays people jump straight to the politicized "bumper sticker" view one way or another of Professor Warren herself, but I was sure impressed by her on this topic. This is a supplement but stands well as a stand-alone resource for studying this, especially the consumer stuff.
