How do you change it to the smaller nozzle?

If your talking about the 1.1mm orifice. You will have to unscrew the back of the foam cannon. The part that the pressure washer connects to. Once you have done that you will need a flat head screw driver. Unscrew the 1.25 one and change it to the 1.1

Whats the max psi this product can handle

I use it for washing cars and it ranges from 1100 psi on a 1.1 orifice. This puts out great foaming sheets and was impressed with this unit.

Does anyone know what the 2 round white plastic pieces are for that come with the foam cannon?

I believe that they are Teflon thread seal tape for Assembly if needed.
