Great product and will continue with this specific brand of Berberine. I take one before first meal and one sometime in the evening to keep it in my system and it’s been effective at keeping my hunger from getting out of control and keeping my sugar and processed carbs cravings at bay as well. Very effective and easy to swallow. No negative side effects and no odor.

This is the next best thing compared to GLP-1. I always wanted to search for a more natural way to reduce my blood sugar levels and I heard berberine is a great alternative than sticking a needle in my thigh. I struggle a lot of times with food noise and taking just one berberine pill before I eat seems to curb my hunger. It’s very effective. I personally haven’t had any issues with an upset stomach or nausea like other others may have had. But I think that’s because I make sure that I have carbs after I take one dose. The pills are small enough to easily swallow. Can’t recommend these enough. Just make sure you are consistent with use and you will see the long-term benefits. I lost about 5 pounds already by just using this one product and I know it’s because it’s helped me reduce my caloric intake.

I take two in the morning and sometimes two in the afternoon when I can remember. Normally, I have to eat to take any kind of capsule to not get sick. I do not get sick taking these on an empty stomach. Not sure if they are for energy, but I do seem to get a little bit of energy more times than others and it definitely suppresses my appetite. Sometimes I have to make myself eat dinner! I have no side effects. I like the ingredients in this particular brand because it is easier to swallow and digest. With all the research I’ve done you normally have to take another supplement. She better absorb and release Berberine. I do not have to with this one. I highly recommend this brand and it’s up to you on the dosage you want to take.

I have high insulin resistance and can't tolerate Metformin so I turned to this to help. It isn't a one-to-one substitute, especially if you're looking to lose weight with it, but it does help slow weight gain. This version seems to help more than the regular version as well. I will definitely keep ordering this one for a long time!

Didn't notice any difference in health

I have bought these before, looks like product is not in good condition, see photos. Capsules contain the normal color product and some darker areas. The whole contento looks like the photo. I will throw away.
