What size is the ball? I have a 20mm connection I want to adapt it to

Hi, the ball size is 17mm, normally the socket will be a little bigger, but I am not sure if it is 20mm. You can try it, if not, you can return it. Don't worry! : ) Feel free to contact us with any quesitons you have at support@emobilepress.com Jessica/eSamcore support@emobilepress.com

Does hold In leader dashboard?

Yes, our suction cup works nicely on most of the dashboard. If you have a real leather dashboard, you can contact us at support@emobilepress.com, we will send the new adhesive dashboard plate to you, it helps stick better :) Jessica/eSamcore support@emobilepress.com

Can this fit a 6x10 fire tv tablet? AND do I need to purchase an adhesive pad if putting it on dashboard suggested in purchase options?

Hi, dear thanks for contacting us. Our clamp can open up to 9.5inches, so it is easy to hold your 6*10 tablet. And you don't need to purchase the dashboard plate for common situation(if you dashboard is not real leather material). However, if you indeed need the adhesive plate, you can just contact us at support@emobilepress.com, we will send a free one to you. Don't worry! Hope my answer solve your questions. What is the size of the ball joint on the mount?

My caliper shows 16.7mm +/- for variation, but I have numerous plastic ball joints in my truck, this in my bathroom, a long stem mount, etc. and they all seem to be compatible, from car to home. The good thing is, if it doesn't fit the ball you want to put it on, refunds aren't an issue with Amazon and, I'm speaking from experience!
