The third brand wasn't quite that bad, but close. I couldn't finish a whole cup. For whatever reason, VIVA nails the classic hot chocolate taste with no weirdness that I can detect. The number of calories is a bit more than I'd like, so I'm only drinking one cup per day and then using caffeine gum the rest of the day. The one order I've placed was short by 9 pouches so be sure to count them. When I notified the company through the desertcart interface they responded immediately and shipped out the balance, plus a few extra for my trouble. Very nice! Unless they start tinkering with the formula or hike the price, this is my brand! Review: THE BEST - I absolutely love this caffeinated hot chocolate! THE BEST

Perfect for NON-coffee drinkers
I am a person who dislikes coffee alot, so this caffeinated cocoa was perfect!!!! It gave me that caffeine boost and tasted delicious! it has a nice chocolate taste, not super rich, but not bland either. Would definitely buy more of this product in the future.

Good flavor. Packing is poor
The packages were nice, the flavor was great. My issue with this is that they are expensive and have very inconsistent quantities. In a 10 pack, 2 pouches had less than half what they should have.

It works!
I can't drink coffee because it makes me sick. I have been looking everywhere for caffeinated Cocoa. This one works very well. The artificial sweetener is too sweet for me. I put a piece of dark chocolate into the cup to lessen the artificial sweetness. As long as this product is reasonably priced I will continue to buy. ๏ Would be even better if they make a dark chocolate flavor or not use the artificial sweetener in the product.

Weird taste, worse consistency. Like sweet gravy, the kind made with corn starch. Threw it out. Gross.
