How much to use for 200l?

Not sure, however I seem to remember it worked out at 20ml for 100l so that would make it 40ml. It tells you on the label I'm sure

Yes, I use purigen bags in my canister and use stress coat when doing water changes

Where it says "5ml per 40L of water" does it mean per 40L putting in a per 40L that's already in the tank? How much should I put in a 10L bucket?

How long do have to leave the makeup water in a bucket before I can use it.

Hi. You can use treated water straight away. I get freshwater ready first then empty out old tank water then put in the new treated water back into the tank. No harm is done to your fish i have always done it this way. And all my fish are healthy n happy swimming around. Hope this helps. 🐟🐠😄
