Great, easy protein source
Bought this water to drink while recovering from an operation. I wanted to keep my protein intake up while I wasn’t able to exercise (🥲) and also to encourage myself to drink more water/promote healing. I love this water so much I’m going to keep buying it after recovery. It tastes great and I love that I’m getting easy protein & collagen by drinking it.

Lovely Taste
First tried this at a hospital shop and sought them out online. I don’t like Lucozade Sport as it’s so sweet - like concentrated diluting juice. This drink comes with the bonus of protein and collagen, as well as having a light fruity taste which is easy to drink. Nice after a run!

It doesn't have the amount of protein that appears in the advertisement.
The image in the advertisement says it contains 20g of protein, which isn't true, as the packaging indicates it only contains 10g. But overall, the taste is good.

Taste great
The summer fruits ones are one of my favourite protein drinks. They have great flavour whilst having little suger and fat and 10g of protein. Perfect for workouts.
