Is this indoor bike ok for someone who’s 4'95"?

Yes, no problem, I'm 4'9" and my husband is 6'1" and this exercise bike fits both of us. It has adjustable seat post and handlebar post. Usually after dinner, he rides the exercise bike while I'm reading. Sometime, I ride while he is playing the games. For both of us who don't want to go to the gym, this exercise bike is perfect for us.

How to fix my exercise bike's seat?
