Love this product for multiple cables

Problem - how to plug in 2 USB's and 2 USB-c's with only 1 USB port and 2 USB-C ports.... Bought this to replace a more expensive hub from Anker that didn't resolve the issues. Plugged my USB mouse and microphone in and this works great. Did not work with to display HDMI (via usb-c) to my 2nd monitor but it's ok because that wasn't required. Did not get hot as some other reviews suggested. Only issue I had was getting it out of the box - it didn't want to come out and I destroyed the box....

Of course, the picture shows a very short connector cable, but do you really understand how short it is?? I was surprised. I love the fact that this hub has 2 usb-a 3.0 ports, and 2 usb-c ports, and it seems to be good quality, so I kept this. It's a good value, and it can be velcroed it right next to the usb port it plugs into. But ultimately, I had to buy another hub with a 12" cord to use it in my project. Just make sure the cord-length gives you enough flexibility for placing the hub where you want. Other than that, its been true to spec for data and power transfer.

I am reporting a severe fire hazard. I was woken by a strong burning smell to find my NewQ USB-C hub (Model NQ-HB-12) melting through its plastic casing. The device became hot enough to liquefy the shell and expose internal circuitry while I was sleeping. This is a catastrophic failure that could have easily started a house fire. Do not buy this product or leave it plugged in unattended.

This fits well with my tangled ganglion of wires and cables that I mysteriously need in my life.

Plug & Play (au moins sur Windows), très pratique quand on est en manque de port USB C dispo sur un PC portable. Testé pour l'instant avec un dongle Bluetooth Jabra et un SSD externe, ça fonctionne. En revanche il y a une erreur sur les photos, les ports sont en USB 3.0, et non pas 3.2 (donc attention aux pertes de vitesse avec un SSD externe en comparaison avec une connexion en USB C native). Pour 14.99 euros (prix payé le 4 Août 2023 avec un bon de réduction de 5 euros), c'est sans aucun doute un bon produit très pratique.

Der USB Hub wurde an meinem Acer Chromebook sofort und ohne zusätzliche Treiber erkannt. Alle Ports ( 2x USB und 2x USB C ) funktionieren einwandfrei. An einem USB C Port habe ich noch einen Hub angeschlossen mit 4 USB A Ports. Funtionieret auch. Alle Sticks, externen HDD und SSD werden problemlos erkannt. Ich bin mit dem Artikel super zufrieden. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung von mir!!!

Works well I have it in my car for kits to charge there phones etc. Not enough charging points in back of car.
