The Get Started manual is inaccurate
The product was mostly intuitive to use, however, the "get started" manual is inaccurate. It states that a complete manual in pdf can be found online. Not true. The "complete" manual I found online was identical to the "get started" manual that came in the box. I wanted to learn about the "budget" feature that the "get started" manual did not cover. I called customer support, where I was told how to find the "complete" manual and still only got a "get started" manual. There verbal description of the budget feature was not understandable. Customer service was of no help to me. I did ultimately find my answer by going to YouTube. If it weren't for less than helpful customer service I would consider rating the product with five stars.

Bought this when my original controller failed. I really like that installation and programming are simple. I don’t need another app on my phone so this was perfect.

Works great
A pretty basic timer but has all the features you need for a 4 zone system. Program days to water, run time for each zone, very easy to program and skip a day if rain is forecasted. Works great for my needs.

You get what you pay for
Had my irrigation company set this up. When we went to run it, we were heading out of town. Discovered that the controller turned on multiple zones and would not turn them off. Thousands of gallons of water I now have to pay for.

Excellent Product and Easy to Use
I'm very happy with my new irrigation controller. It was very easy and intuitive to program and install. (It replaces one that was made in 1991, that still worked but the old buttons were starting to give out.) The simplicity is very nice. I like the "Budget" setting that acts as a multiplier from 10% to 200% for all the time settings, without having to reprogram them all. Following installation I ran a quick manual test of all zones; by using the budget setting temporarily at 10% it ran through 1.5 hours of watering in 9 minutes, confirming that it all works. Easy peasy.

Power supply faulty
Controller working but power supply faulty , i need to find / purchase a transfomer. Got controller working with a another controller power supply I have. Im not happy for amazon.au to deliver 110 volt appliances in Australia.
