I love these things but they come with a usb plug, so I guess if your electronics have a female usb port, then maybe? I just installed it in a spare usb port on my puter!

Is the disc needed? cause i have a laptop that dosent have a disc slot so wondering if i can still use mic and head set without it

Yes this fully works without needing the software. The software is for the equalizer and sound options custom to the headset but not required.

Are these compatible with Xbox ?

Yes my son uses this on his Xbox, he says this is a good unit, and would recommend it.
