Can you add Plasticiser to this to stop it from drying out too quickly ?

why would you want to do that, it's a chem-fix, to secure anchors to cracked subsided walls, and as its resin based you will bring the chemical balance out of proportion and wont dry or do something else strange... i would not add anything and make sure you stitch deep enough so it can be plastered over or pointed.

How come the mix was hard within minutes? I followed instructions to the letter.

It does set quickly but its designed to do that because of the application for which it is formulated .e.g. fixing helical bars in mortar for crack repairs

Rock solid

Does what it should. Set 8 c 1m helibars. Doesn’t “pour” into mortar gun as described so be quick and trowel it into the gun as goes hard pretty fast

Seems pretty good

It seemed pretty good. I've used the Helibars cement and this seemed similar. How well it holds only time will tell but if I needed more I'd probably get the same again.
