How to remove plastic spout

The spout is part of the cover. It cannot be removed on its own. When the cover is removed the spout comes with it.

Is this double walled and is the gasket silicone or rubber ?

Yes and silicone. Still had ice after 24 hours

Does it "sweat" and get the outside of the bottle wet when it is full of cold water?

Mine does not sweat on the outside at all
