Great value Kaffir lime plant
Being a lover of Thai food, Kaffir lime leaves are an essential part of the flavour in cooking. My last plant died, looked on line to purchase from the original supplier, only to find they were now over £100, took a chance on this one, which was only £25 back in March ‘24. Have had a constant supply of fresh leaves, and it is really doing well, definitely recommend.

Covered in spider mites and has infected my other plants 😩

Kaffir Lime Tree so aromatic and beautiful
This review is for a Lime Tree (Citrus hystrix) Kaffir LimeI bought this recently as I've always wanted my own Kaffir Lime tree. I like to use the leaves and fruit in my cooking on occasion and there is no better way than to grow your own. The Tree was packaged well in a nice big sturdy box.On taking the tree out of the box, I noticed that there were four nice little lime fruits already on it a few flowers sites too.A true Kaffir lime tree's leaves can be crushed and the smell of beautiful fresh lime is unmistakable. But the only downside to owning one of these is that they have thorns which can be unforgiving if not handled with care.I re potted the tree the same day it arrived and put it into a bigger pot and gave it some water. It now sits happily in my kitchen growing like mad. It's been a couple of weeks since it arrived and my little limes are almost ready to be picked. On the whole it's a true delight to have in my kitchen and a really great plant that just keeps giving. There are also several new leaves which have appeared, and the little flower sites have now burst open so more fruit to follow. It would appear that my little tree is a happy one. This tree was excellent value for money.Would I recommend this to friends and family: YesThanks for reading, and I hope the information I provided was useful.

Way better than expected- very impressed
Very pleased with kaffir lime tree we ordered. It arrived 3 days earlier than it said and it is way bigger with more leaves than I’d expected. Seems to be very healthy with leaves in a good condition. Thank you, I love it!

Beauty kaffir lime tree!
Beautiful tree, very well packaging. I bought a very young kaffir lime tree to grow but it’s quite difficult to take care off and it died within a few weeks. So I bought this tree. Its so beautiful and now 3 months after it still growing and look as beautiful as day one I received with more new leaves growing. All I have to do is put it next to window where it gets plenty sunlight. I hope to see some flowers and fruits one day. But I’m happy just for those leaves, they are great for cooking.

Also the disappointment at the size of the plant
This was a gift to my daughter in her new home. As yet I haven't seen it but my daughter tells me it is very small. The invoice should have come to me but went with the plant to my daughter's home. She was very surprised at the price for such a small plant so I do hope it will grow larger and healthy. The rating I have given is because the invoice was not sent to me as requested. Also the disappointment at the size of the plant. I thought it would have been better presented than just in an ordinary plant pot

arrived as overpruned twig but still sprouts
wasn’t looking promising when an overly pruned trig in pot arrived (pruned to fit box) but a repot and some care it’s sprouting new leaves so alive although fruiting may be delayed. great for windowsill or conservatory and actually quite good value - some people seemto get ready fruiting large specimens others like me a pruned twig - luck of the draw it seems.
