Very happy with these suppliments!
I waited few weeks to write my initial observations. At the time of the purchase I did not take any other supplements, so I could easily evaluate before and after effect. First of all, capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste and especially no after taste like many others on the market. Per direction, I am taking 2 capsules a day with food. After few weeks, two definite improvements that I observed are my eyes and skin. I wear glasses all the time and my eyes get tired easily and become watery all the time. I noticed that by the end of the day that I no longer feel as tired in my eyes as before and definitely less tears. With the skin, I have less redness and less itchiness on my arms and legs. Those are two noticeable improvements I see. I will continue taking these supplements and will update my review based on long term results.

Total waste of money and no antioxidant benefit whatsoever!
No antioxidant benefit whatsoever. Tracked on Samsung fitness app and my antioxidant level actually got lower after taking them while simultaneously abstaining from my usual antioxidant fruit. Numbers got lower week by week after starting the 2 a day regiment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, BUY THE FOOD/FRUITS THAT GIVE BENIFITS INSTEAD!
