Decent fit & good grip.

This thing about this product is that it’s for when you won’t be peddaling hard or attacking your neediest Strava segments I.e. when you’re with someone slower or you’re off on a day trip when you’ll be walking around as much as cycling. Basically, times when you’re not trying to prove your road racer creds. In that context, it’s brilliant. I’ve used it for entire days where the max effort is 50%. As long as you’re not an idiot, you’ll be aware that it’s not a cleated pedal, nor is it a large, grippy muggles pedal. It’s a compromise. And it’s excellent for that. And it removes the need for me to change pedals or use a less worthy bike when out and about.

These fit with my Look Keo Sprint pedals. They're lightweight plastic, and they snap in/out fairly easily. They don't offer as much grip as I'd like, but they do work well for quick trips and leisurely rides.
