Great insoles for tight fitting shoes
These feel great, the spikey foot bed provides a nice feel while walking or standing in the insoles. They do run thin which might seem like a bad thing but if you have tight fitting shoes, this fits the bill perfectly. Worth a try for sure!

UPDATE 3/5/26: Maybe they needed some breaking in, but after 3 or 4 all work day wears, these inserts feel pretty good! I have updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Not for me. I prefer a smooth cushioned surface under my feet when it comes to inserts. These have bumps/pillows that are supposed to “revitalize” but bother me all day and make the bottom of my feet hurt due to the pressure points the bumps/little pillows make. I do *not* have neuropathy or painful feet. These are more annoying and painful than revitalizing. Many others LOVE these inserts, it really depends on the person. I love the Dr. Scholl’s Gel inserts and their Work All Day and Prevent Pain inserts are my absolute favorites. The Prevent Pain inserts have the heel cup. I have osteoarthritis in both knees, and the prevent Pain annd Work All Day inserts have worked great at easing pain and fatigue.
