Great quality! Robust

Incredibly useful pan
Fissler original-profi has a deserved reputation as a top brand professional pan. The conical pan is one of their most useful. Due to the conical shape, the base is smaller diameter but it is also a little lighter in construction than its equivalent stock pot. Hence it benefits from a smaller diameter heat source. However, due to the conical shape it rolls and cooks food like scramble eggs and sauces so well. Highly recommended.

十数年前に購入した無印の片手鍋と同じ水量（1.5L）で沸騰するまでの時間を比較したところ，20℃から95℃の所要時間が7分45秒から6分55秒と50秒短縮された。ただし，無印の方は経年劣化で鍋底にゆがみがあった可能性もあるが...

Fini le teflon qui empoisonne les aliments de nos enfants. Là c'est de l'inox made in germany donc c'est du qualitatif, et en + les produits sont garantis 10 ans !A mon grand étonnement, le goût des aliments est bien meilleur. Seul inconvénient : c'est un peu lourd, mais ça fait les biceps..

Size does matter
This expensive pot is much smaller than advertised. The 20 cm are actually only 15 cm. I am very disappointed and will probably return it.
