Definitely go for the smaller size if you have thin wrists. I ordered the medium at first and they were so big they slid right off. They definitely run a big large, but the small ones fit perfectly. Very comfortable, I forget I'm wearing them and have even fallen asleep with them a few times. I wanted something that still allowed me mobility in my wrists and didn't restrict me when typing so these were perfect for that. I've had them for quite a while and they seem to be holding up okay (I wear them a lot and pull on them a bit when putting them on and taking them off) though one of them is a tiny bit longer than the other, which is a bit weird but doesn't cause any problems. They come with a little thank you card, which is cute. I got lots of compliments on the design as well. The first photo is from when I got them last year and the second is from today.

I ordered these as gifts. That being said, I cannot say how well they work because they run a little tight and I need to exchange them for a different size

Perfect fit! I’ve had some discomfort with lifting my saddle, and the support brace is helping. Plus they come in a pair, so I can wear it at the barn and wash it when needed, and use the other while it dries. My wrist feels better after wearing it, too. Great product at a really good price.

I’m 5’9”, 168 and female with larger bones. I got the large and there is no compression really, they are too big. I am going to try another type that is adjustable. Some here say they run small. I don’t think it is a good idea to get these if you have painful wrists because the fit would be too hard to get right. That being said, I wore mine to sleep anyway and felt relief. Probably from keeping my wrists warm.

These are the perfect amount of compression daily use with a good amount of tightness and support. AND they are adorable.

My wrists are very small and I have a hard time finding anything small enough for my wrist. That being said the small size of this compression wrap fits my small wrist perfectly. I’m having issues with loose ligaments in my wrist, causing wrist, instability, and pain. These wrist braces are a nice little option that I rotate through between taping, a full immobilizing wrist brace to the wrist widget. It’s just that sometimes the wrist widget hurts when I use it alone, and having some padding underneath like a compression brace helps.

Outer right wrist bone swollen and hurts when I move it. Which I do all day as I’m right-handed. Cause? Age (72)? Osteoarthritis? Bursitis? Tendonitis? Repetitive motion? Whatever, this sleeve is PERFECT. Sturdy, well-made, great support, great length, comfy ALL day. And cute. Small fits my 5-/12” wrist perfectly. Great price for 2. Received day after ordering.
