There are lots of different preparations for athlete's foot, which is a fungus that grows in those little folds of skin that get moist when you exercise. Between the toes is the most known example, but around the groin is another target. I've tried every preparation. Not that I don't wash, but over the course of running a half marathon, then travelling back for an hour or more, there's plenty of time for the little garden to blossom. I also run barefoot when I can. I've noticed callouses across the whole sole of my foot, which then split just behind the toes and on the ball of the foot and look suspiciously like Athlete's foot. In the end, I went back to my father's favourite treatment, Mycota (well, he used powder, I used the cream). It's so much better than any of the other preparations. 1) on athlete's foot between the toes - just seems to work faster at healing. Healing involves both stopping the infection and restoring the flesh and skin, and Mycota Cream seems to take 2 days vs other preparations 5-6 days. 2) on the groin - similar story. A bit faster. 3) on the callouses. Nothing else had made any difference except surgical spirit. But Mycota Cream does. The cracks stop, and now the callous itself seems softer. Makes me wonder if a callous is actually a mild fungal infection, and we don't need heavily calloused feet if we walk barefoot. I wonder?

Bought this on a whim, didn't expect much, but this is working SO MUCH BETTER, than the expensive brands I've been buying. Absorption is really good, doesn't leave an oily residue behind, and there was a distinct difference in just 4 days! I will no longer be paying out for the over priced brands, this is a game changer for anyone that suffers from problems with they're feet.

Really good product,that I use regularly. This cream has a nice smell and not only gets rid of fungal foot infections such as athletes foot. It also softens the skin on your feet too! My feet had pretty hard skin and now are lovely and soft! The price is too high though and it's much cheaper in home bargains or B&M...

I could as suggested , mention scent easy to use , or value for money , scent I never thought about, the latter two are true but the most important one is that, for me it works , it might not be the most cutting edge pharmaceutical but as I said it works . I don’t believe I’ve written so much about a tube of athletes foot cream but not a lot on tv tonight

Mycota cream has been around for donkeys years - it is a very inexpensive treatment for athletes foot - and I used it after other more expensive creams failed to do the job properly. This cream worked within a week..... the only down side is its strange and very distinctive smell, sort of medical + metallic.. But then it is a treatment, not a beauty product !

My granddaughter had really bad athletes foot so many creams etc I said when I was much younger I used this product it came yesterday she text this morning and said it was brilliant even only using it twice she said I have no more itching
