It's like salt, but much more. Say, mashed potato. You throw chicken salt on it, and it *almost* passes for a complete dish. Not bland anymore, and if you're feeling lazy you can take it. It works with so many dishes to replace a conventional salt. And yes, the bag is huge. But what do you know, it's cheap too, so take it and stick in the cupboard. Really good stuff 👍👍

The Aussie staple that Yanks don't really know about. Chicken salt is so good it only takes eating food cooked with it ONE TIME to convert people. Obviously by the name, it's great on chicken, but it's the perfect addition to SO many other things. It's a must now on oven roasted anything. Meats, potatoes, and vegetables of all kinds are enhanced by the flavor that all Australians' know and love!
