Excellent, I use them for inverted rows at the gym and they help ease my forearm pain.

Here I have them! in a perfect combination! I can tell you that the Angles90 grip is super great! I don't know but I feel like doing bibs is much better than the rings, although the rings are very good too! It's my opinion. I am super happy with Angles90 wow, the grip is so good so far and I hope it lasts... I recommend them for calisthenics.

I always found handles of machines, bars etc way too thick and got frustrated when I fail because of "hand fatigue" not the muscle failure that I workout. This item really gives you control and more power to channel. Only that It's annoying when you can't adjust the strap and position it correctly.

The grip you get is ducking amazing! You feel so much more secured and can output more power with these! Why? Because that banana grip suits your bended fingers very well instead of the everyday straight D-handle's grip that you get. I won't lie that it takes a while for you to learn different combinations for different exercises. But the biggest plus of these? You DO NOT have to walk around your local gym looking for D-handles or waiting for someone else to finish with them. You can just hook them up and get to work.

Very well made and actually very comfortable to use. Feel solid and like they are not going to fail in use. Have to say I'm very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I like the idea of these but they are not very comfortable to use, they feel better in the shorter upside down conifguration, but for one, its difficult to put them into that config on my pull up bar due to the short length, plus the sides of my hands are touching the strap. Only keeping as they can be tied to my resistance bands for a more comfortable tricep pushdown

Ich nutze die Angle 90 Grips seit einigen Wochen im Homegym und bin absolut überzeugt. Die Griffe liegen sehr gut in der Hand, sind rutschfest (auch bei schwitzigen Händen) und bieten durch die freie Drehbarkeit eine deutlich natürlichere Handstellung – besonders bei Klimmzügen, Rudern, Latzug oder Bizepscurls. Gerade für die Handgelenke und Schultern eine enorme Entlastung im Vergleich zu starren Griffen. Das Training fühlt sich direkter und sauberer an, ohne unnatürliche Belastungen. Auch bei schwerem Gewicht (über 100 kg am Latzug) halten die Griffe problemlos – nichts verrutscht, nichts verbiegt. Der Aufbau ist massiv und hochwertig verarbeitet. Ich habe sie sowohl mit Maschinen als auch mit freien Kabelzügen und Langhanteln getestet – funktioniert überall. Fazit: Eine kleine Investition mit großem Effekt. Wer regelmäßig Krafttraining macht, wird den Unterschied sofort spüren. Volle Empfehlung – gerade auch für Fortgeschrittene oder Leute mit Schulterproblemen.

Compré un producto medio parecido, pero su utilización no es tan sencilla (lleva tiempo montarlo y desmontarlo); en cambio, estas manijas de agarre para gimnasio (Angles90) se ponen y se quitan rápido y sin problemas. Las recomiendo; además, el precio no es tan caro, para un producto de este tipo ($774.00 MXN en Nov. 2024)

Absolutely awesome. The build is solid. I thrash them around in my gym bag and they still look pristine, particularly the fabric. The handles are a bit smooth out of the box but within a few workouts the grip significantly improves. That said, I enjoyed them since my first workout. I find using the A90 on pulling exercises to be a dream - better MMC when compared to holding onto a barbell or machine handle. Can’t recommend these enough. 10/10
