Better than expected experience coming from a gas pressure washer
I have had a couple of gas pressure washers over the years and they ended up being given away because honestly, I just don't have the patience for the maintenance with gas washers. something goes wrong and i put off fixing it and then it rusts... I hated starting the things. Anyway, I have been needing a replacement for about a year and I tried my brothers battery powered pressure washer and loved the light weight aspect for small jobs that didn't need a lot of pressure. I figured that there had to be a middle ground between the gas washers and the lightweight battery powered ones and after some research and price hunting settled on the SWIPESMITH electric pressure washer. It arrived quickly and came in a fairly compact box for what I was expecting. The assembly wasn't to bad, about 20-25 minutes opening to complete. the instructions were fairly concise. We first tested it on my back walkway which over the past year had turned brown from its original brick red. First I have to say, this is not a gas pressure washer. those things will strip the paint off the house if you are not careful. this is not nearly as powerful, but it really is reasonably powerful. It took longer that a gas washer would have, but it did a reasonable job in a easy to use, compact form factor. We brought back the color of the walkway and moved on to reveal the original base of the garage that had moss and dirt. I love that its lightweight and that I just have to flip a switch to get started. I love that it is strong enough to get the regular to lighter jobs done AND its safe enough for my 12 year old to use without me worrying that she will dig holes in the wall (been there with the other kid). I just wish that I had purchase one a year ago! All in all, I am happy with this purchase, the SWIPESMITH feels well made and would recommend it.

Pleasantly Surprised. Easy to Use.
I was curious if I would enjoy the pressure washer or not. It's one of those things you know you need, but you're still determining how much you'll use it. After assembling, I took it for a test run. I was only going to clean the front of the car, but it was so easy that I just cleaned the whole thing. Pros: - It's not going to rip the paint off your car. While it has plenty of pressure, you can still put your hand a few inches before it. - The soap dispenser works well. - It's light enough to pick up and carry as needed. - Since it's relatively small, it stores easily anywhere. - Attaching the nozzle types and changing the sprayer - Assembly is pretty straightforward. - You don't have to worry about the electrical; the cord has a heavy shield and is very, very, very long. - It cleans as expected. <-- most important. Cons: - I would like to adjust my soap concentration to water ratio. - While it has wheels, rolling around with the cable so close to the ground could be better. - Directions on wrapping the cord and hose (I figured out an excellent way to do it; photos included). Overall, I'm glad I purchased the product. I look forward to cleaning the windows, concrete, and cars, getting the grime off the siding, and possibly finishing the garage floor. The power washer will undoubtedly get some use. * Note on the front car bumper picture. I combined the power washer, a firm sponge, and a little elbow grease. The power washer made it waaaaaaaay easier and drastically reduced the effort.

Terrible Hose Great Customer Service fm Swipesmith
Update 10/20/2023 No thanks to Amazon i was able to speak with the manufacturer. They wanted the sku # which of course I didn't have bc I threw the box away. I sent them some pictures and a short video of the burst areas and they sent me a hose right way. Great customer service Swipesmith!! If you have any broken parts, reach out to swipesmith, I'm sure they'll help you out. Giving them better score for outstanding customer service. BUT, don't expect too much from this little machine. It's for small things around the house. Update 10/8/2023. Finally Had a chat with an Amazon rep today. Oh boy. Told me it was no longer eligible for return. There is now water coming out of every connection. The rep told me I had to contact the manufacturer. Well low and behold he told me to contact Simpson. I asked if Simpson manufactured Swipe Smith. Well of course they don’t. After two more hours of doing research, I finally found an email address. I am now contacting them. Will keep you posted. I thought buying direct from Amazon would be better, but it is definitely not. They have one of the worse customer service. My husband loves this little machine. More power than you would expect for the price. After three uses the hose burst. Not just in one place but like 3 or 4 places. Really cheap hose and all the connections to the hose. He tried to reconnect it and the hose went flying. So I tried to contact customer service, which seems to be through Amazon and that was THE WORSE experience I’ve ever had with this company. I tried wanted to just have the hose replaced and the only option was to return it. Well, I no longer have the box so I really can’t return it. Stuck with an equipment I can no longer use. Save your money on this crap and buy one a little more expensive. Update. Bought a replacement hose since no one ever contacted me. Doesn't fit. Very disappointed.

poorly designed, all features are gimmicks, hose/cord reels are useless
I do not understand how this has so many positive reviews. I guess on the basis of "does it shoot pressurized water?" Then sure. works like a champ. but that's literally the only useful thing about this product. the ergonomics are non-existent. no one bothered to take any time designing this to be actually useful, beyond shooting pressurized water. The "features" are obviously afterthoughts that got slapped on so they could SAY it has them. My main gripe is the hose/cord management. it is USELESS. The power cord holder is unusable. it's one prong that sticks out to hang the cord on. A retractable power cord that is housed inside the unit would be ideal. But something as simple as TWO PRONGS. to, you know, wrap the cord around. ideally with a catch on the end of the plug so you can secure it to itself. Every electric appliance I have ever bought that has a long power cord has had a better management system. The hose reel is even more useless. it's literally just a storage rack for the hose. if you want to actually use the machine you have to completely remove the hose from the reel to even start. I assumed someone used their brain for a few seconds when designing this and I would be able to pull the hose out of the reel to use, as needed. YOU CAN NOT USE THIS PRODUCT WHILE THE HOSE IS ON THE REEL. so there's no point in it even having a reel in the first place. you might as well just wrap up the hose and put it on a shelf in your garage. at least then you don't have to dick around with unwrapping the whole thing and removing it from the reel before you can even start. It's pretty obvious, in hindsight, why all the photos of this product are photoshopped. because none of the features actually work, they have to photoshop the pictures to make it look good. Just look at the customer review photos compared to the provided photos. In the customer review photos you can easily see how difficult it is to manage the hoses and cords. I should've known better. guess I'm stuck with it. I get that it "works". no argument there. but there's got to be a higher standard for products than that it "works". I would've happily paid 3 times the amount for a product that was well thought out, and ergonomically designed for optimal use. This product was clearly made as cheaply as possible, from the design stage to the physical components. Spend more on something better.

Electric > Gas
As a homeowner who hasn't washed the outside in many years, I wanted to get a pressure washer. I first considered the gas ones but since I have an battery-operated lawnmower and saw the ease of maintaining it, I decided to stick with an electric pressure washer so I dont have to worry about cleaning out the gas and storing it a certain way. This pressure washer didn't disappoint and is an outstanding cleaning appliance. Let's begin with the most important feature: the sheer power of the SwipeSmith 3000 PSI pressure washer. This machine packs a punch when it comes to blasting away dirt, grime, and stubborn stains. Boasting a robust motor and an impressive PSI rating, it delivers an intense water pressure that can effortlessly tackle even the most challenging cleaning tasks. Whether you're dealing with caked-on mud on your driveway, a dirty patio, or moss-covered fences, this pressure washer effortlessly cuts through the mess, revealing surfaces that look as good as new. I was particularly impressed with it's ability to remove deeply embedded dirt from outdoor furniture with minimal effort. The quick-connect nozzles made it easy to switch between different cleaning tasks. I have head different opinions on not using pressure washer to clean a card, so I haven't tried out the foam cannon. It was also quiet similar to my lawn mower and allows me to work without worrying about bothering neighbors. The pressure washer is easy to maneuver and store as well. I highly recommend you get this over a gas power washer and not breathe in gas fumes and deal with maintenance. I will post a video of the pressure washer in action soon.

It has functional power. The assembly instructions are poor.
I like it's power for an electricity-driven washer. The handle extender (pull) was designed for very short humans and is an annoying backache-maker if you need to pull it very far. The system for hooking and un-hooking the soap dispenser is hopeless, but one get most things clean without soap. It has a 0-degree nozzle option that is where the power-clean is truly in play, but some may find that nozzle a little dangerous. Just be very careful about where the water is going. The instructions need total re-write. The assembly instructions are poor and I have still not been able to properly use the real windup of water hose.

Outstanding Customer Service
I was astounded when I was contacted by the Swipesmiths" customer service because they were going to correct the problem with my purchase by whatever it took. I simply was not able to remove the wand and place the soap cannon on the trigger gun. I really wanted to be able to do that for my cleaning chores. Because C.S. was not able to send me another wand, instead I was sent a whole new unit in the box! I was told to keep the old one. I have never before had a company stand behind their product in this positive way. I also want to say that this power washer does a good job at washing most things that my commercial sized washer used to do. This tool is also much easier to set up and is so much quieter in operation compared to my 13 HP model. The auto shutoff on the motor when releasing the trigger is also a great thing to add. I have many hours on this washer now and it has performed flawlessly. I wonder if I just got a bad wand on my first unit? but I would recommend this company on the customer service alone. I also think that the power washer puts out a good steady quiet pressure for the money. Thank you Swipesmith!

Impressive, equal to or better than my gas washer
Assembly was quick and easy following the provided instructions. After priming the washer by running water through the system to remove all possibilities of air (I attached it to a 100’ water hose) I put this thing right to work on the back patio. A large dog that likes to play in the mud requires us to frequently power wash the back patio. Tired of going to get gas and maintain the gas pressure washer, this is intended to be its replacement. The pressure washer made quick work of the dirty patio door and concrete. I have been hesitant to replace the gas washer with an electric, I wish I would have done it sooner! Does just as good if not a better job than the 3000k psi gas pressure washer we have. Much quieter, probably not as loud as my shop vac, and much easier to handle. The footprint of this thing will free up some much needed garage space and it’s light weight allows for easy transport.
