Flavorful, juicy pork chops
I don't know why this product is no longer readily available at grocery stores. It's the only one of its type I would buy over and over again. The breading is wonderfully crunchy (never soggy) and it cooks up quickly and evenly, all while managing to maintain a perfectly tender and juicy pork chop. Am I thrilled with the price? Not exactly, but there's no substitute for the Oven Fry product in my experience!

Great for making Tenderloin sandwiches
I really miss Pork Tenderloin sandwiches from the Midwest. My Mom would use this breading to make homemade tenderloins that tasted really good. I decided to try this breading on my Pork Tenderloins in my Air Fryer. Really really good. Now I donโt have to go to the Midwest to get a great tasting Tenderloin sandwich.

New and better way to serve pork chops
If you want a change with porknchop preparation, this breading is meant for that change. Easy mix/coating. I was impress. Adds a delicious flavor to your food. Made my family want more of my chops.
