Does this come with the tray? It's the same price as Bissells website but I don't see the tray included in this ones photos.

Mine did not come with a tray. This is a carpet cleaner. I believe the Bissell CrossWave comes with a tray. The CrossWave is for cleaning hard floors.

Can this be used on tile floors and hardwood floor

No this is strictly a carpet cleaner. It cleans carpets very well. The Bissell Croswave cleans hard floors.

Does it damage wood floor?

This deep steam cleaner is for carpets!!!!!!!!!! Not for wooden or tile floors. Bissell Cross Wave & Spin Wave are designed for tile and wooden floor and have a special solution for hard wood floors
