Hi, do i need to buy the oxidant 20 vol ( 6%) as well?

Yes, Inoas have to be mixed with an appropriate developer.

How do I mix this colour? What else is needed?

You need the Inoa hair dye developer bottle. Comes separately in a geeen bottle but it’s huge and one bottle lasts me a year. You then mix in equal parts so if you use the full 60g of the hair dye you mix it with 60g if developer before applying.

What is the use by date on this please I have bought it and cannot find it anywhere on the packaging

There isn’t no use by dat on these products, it dose state that once opened use within 18months this can be found on product inside the box in a picture like a little tub with an open lid and it has 18m in the middle. Hope this helps.
