BestAir Golden Solutions Bacteriostatic Humidifier Water Treatment, 32-oz. (Pack of 2)

Have used this product for years and it doesn't disappoint. There's a lot of lime in our well water and this helps prevent lime scale build up on our humidifier filters and prevents them from getting moldy. It has a slight pleasant fragrance you can smell while adding product to water but dont really notice when humidifier is running. During the winter months my whole house humidifier uses 3 to 4 gallons a day to maintain 45% humidity. This 32 oz. Size lasts a while because you only add one cap full per gallon of water so if it seems pricey you dont add much per gallon

I like that it's a "Two-in-one" product. Why have two separate products when a single product can do the job. (BestAir might want to think about that). The product work great. I've used it for two years in our evaporator type Humidifier. We are on town water so that may help (idk), but I have no scaling in the unit and I can get about 4 weeks out of the pads before they need replacement (your milage my vary based on the hardness of your water, but you should still see an improvement), Whereas before when I only used a bacteriostatic additive, the pads would build up scale and render them useless in about two weeks. Using it is easy. It requires 1 tsp per gallon of water in your humidifier. A 32oz bottle lasts me all season in my whole house humidifier which puts out about 2 -3 gallons per day to keep my house at about 35 - 40 percent relative humidity. My only issue is with the availability of this product. I had to hunt around Amazon to find this in a two pack. It looks like the manufacture only wants to sell it in a bundled 3 pack (shame on you). I'd like to see it available by the single bottle and not be forced to buying a bundle that sits around until next season.

We started using this product a couple months ago and have noticed a big difference in all 3 of our humidifiers. They are easier to clean, can go longer in between cleans, and it almost eliminated the white film you often see with humidifiers.

Where have you been all my humidifier life? We have very hard water so the filters would not even last one week. After trying this it was like a revelation. This stuff WORKS!! The filters stay usable for almost a month now. Amazing! a product actually does what it says, a rarity.

Used this with our new evaporator humidifier which it fits very well, as advertised. We tried just using household products designed to combat mold build up but it still happened and it irritated our noses and throat. This product does not irritate, is odorless, and we are pleased.

By using this, our filter replacement is much less frequent.

I have just begun using this product. I purchased it to help eliminate mold built up and bacteria control. If it does what it proclaims, I will be very happy.
