Professional docking station
My monitor has usb c which allows laptops to connect for charging, large screen docking or two screen set up and monitor port use. This allows quick docking for my laptop by plugging the usb c into this. It’s quick, solid and allows the laptop to connect and release without fiddling around with the cables.

Easy to connect
Once MacBook is switched on close lid and slot into device and it connects and works automatically. Only wish was that it could power on the MacBook without it being undocked first.

Poor build quality
The build quality is very poor. Very plastic on the inside, with flimsy ports that are not even fixed properly in place. For such an expensive docking station, I'd really hoped for better. There is no attention to detail in this product, and it doesn't feel like a premium product at all.

It's a nice stand, but the name is misleading.
I'm unsure why they call this a docking station, when all it is, is a glorified stand. Sure, it's well built and looks great, but it isn't really a docking station! You have to purchase one of multiple "bundles" if you want the functionality of a dock - extra ports. All this does is holds your Macbook upright, and extends the two USB-C / Thunderbolt ports by approximately 2cm. You then need an actual dock (as the second piece in the bundle) if you want HDMI, LAN, audio, USB-A etc. If you want 2 HDMI ports, then you need a different bundle to if you only want one.

Very good quality
Works like a charm. Didn't really need to read the instructions. It's nice and heavy so the likelihood of my laptop tipping over is minimal. I tuck it behind my screen and don't even realize it's there half the time.
