Taipan Shock, Black

It has been only two weeks since I got the bag. So far, I have been happy with it. There enough pockets for me to store the necessary items I use like adapters and headphones. I like the padding on the back of the bag and on the straps. It feels very comfortable. The side pockets are nice. Easy access. Just be aware, this is not a huge bag. I am able to put my Macbook , ipad mini, cables and what not. It filled up real quick. It fits my tastes but it may be small for other people. So far, I have no issues with my bag. It is a great solid backpack.

Bought this Booq back to replace my Boa Flow XL but not because the Boa failed on me. I purchased it because I needed a smaller bag to carry on the train for my daily commute. This is definitely a step down from the Boa Flow XL but it doesn't mean it's any less of a performer. The quality is as expected from Booq backpacks, seams are sturdy/strong, and the zippers are smooth. Inside the laptop compartment you will find a soft velvety cushion which will project your laptop. The side compartments can hold your thinner sports bottle or drink but expect to close it. I don't personally use it to carry water or sports bottles. I knew this going in and it wasn't a big deal to me. The strap have cushioning and can be comfortably adjusted, I'm not a thin man so I was quite surprised and relieved when the bag adjusted to fit my needs. The one gripe I do have with this bag is the white colored pockets interior of the center compartment. I would personally preferred either black or red but white gets dirty, well because it's white. This should give you an idea of what you can carry in this bag, this is what I carry: 15" laptop w/power brick Batteries Pens Tablet Pen w/nibs USB Cables Bluetooth Earpiece w/dock Headphones 12" Tablet External BluRay Drive Mouse Reading glasses Sunglasses Deodorant Tablet stand Dude wipes Toothbrush/paste Although it's a big shift from the Boa Flow XL, this bag has met all my expectations and made me a happy commuter because it allows me to carry all my equipment without sacrificing too much. I would definitely recommend Booq as a company and the Taipan back pack.

This is a great bag. The strap did rip a bit, but Booq was incredibly about replacing it.

This is a good looking bad, and very durable so far. The material is very thick, so it gives me the impression it will hold up well. The zippers easily get stuck around the corners. Wish the interior pockets were a little more usable.

Love the very sophisticated & futuristic carbon fiber like appearance of the exterior ! Awesome strips design that are very comfortable on your shoulders. Awesome pack !

Solid construction. Wish it had more small pockets/zipping pouches for things. Hate that it won't stand on it's 'butt', and if you don't purposely put it with the straps facing down, it wants to naturally roll onto its back, which is really annoying.

I love the material but it cannot fit my Acer 17" laptop.

Definitely the best backpack I've ever owned. Great quality, ideal size for daily use, very comfortable, and reasonable price.
