Excellent Distillation of Key Ideas
This is an excellent distillation of key ideas from Barbara Sher's books and seminars. All were collected over the years as her readers and seminar attendees wrote her about what helped them the best. As a longtime fan of her work and advice I enjoyed it immensely and am glad I added it to my collection of books with information from her.

Great read!
It is a great guide for dreamers to get them started without falling into a trap of "analysis paralisis". Leaving out all the new age nonsense about visualisation, Barbara Sher teaches you how to stop overthinking and start doing while acknowledging the importance of getting up on your two feet after the set backs. The 94 essential tips are like a concise recipe for fulfilling your dreams in a realistic way.
