Although the bottles arrive always squeezed, the quality of the product is high, I also tasted them sprinkling them straight on my tongue, it is genuine liver and it tastes like such, I love it. I take 4, 3 times a day and it is a great way to integrate my training, nutritional regime, for lifting weights. Excellent stuff, I will continue purchase. Also I love the capsules do not include redundant principles like many other brands, that have nothing to do with liver and what it is supposed to do for the body.

I use this product for its iron properties. I take it along with vitamin C and prefer it to taking iron supplements because this product is real food and does not have some of the potential side effects that iron supplements have. The bottle came a little deformed, but the product was fine. I will purchase again.

I i’ve always been a bit low on iron and have taken numerous iron supplements in the past and read somewhere about how beef liver is absorbed so much easier in your body than plant based or synthetic iron supplements. I have only been taking these a week and notice a TANGIBLE difference in my energy levels, which have historically been pretty low. I don’t notice any negative side effects as iron can sometimes stop you up or make your stomach hurt and I haven’t had any issues at all. I usually take in the morning on a reasonably empty stomach.

Bought it for grey hair - No visible changes yet. I purchased this specific grass-fed beef liver supplement because I read about the connection between copper deficiency and premature grey hair. This is already my second bottle, and honestly, I haven't noticed any changes in my greys yet. I’m not sure if it’s preventing more from appearing or if my greys aren't related to copper deficiency at all, but so far, the results are inconclusive for that specific purpose. The quality of the product seems good (hormone-free and non-GMO), but don't expect a quick fix for hair color.
