I made my own chocolate truffles as Christmas presents last year. Having made quite a large selection, I rolled the truffles in different sugars/cocoa/vermicelli to distinguish which type of truffle was which. However, some of the truffles still looked alike, so I bought the Scrumptious Sprinkles Mixed Mini Muffin Cases. There are eight different colours, very bright - except for the green, which is too dark and looks quite like the black - so I was able to design a card to insert into my boxes of truffles, with a 'menu' of the different flavours, adding the colour of the Mini Muffin Case to make it easier to differentiate between them. I made sure that the black and green cases were positioned further apart in the boxes to avoid any confusion. The green case is not as bright as it appears in the picture. It is the only thing that is wrong with these cases. (Perhaps a purple one instead of two types of pink would be nice?) They arrived well packaged and before their due arrival date. There are fifteen of each colour and they are the perfect size for chocolate truffles. I think you may struggle to put muffins in them. The muffins would have to be tiny. However, I'm no expert on muffing making and another reviewer might say that I'm wrong!

We were looking for the tiny cake cases to make top hats, which have proved really tricky to get hold of! We ordered these in the hope they would be the right size. They arrived and are absolutely perfect! Definitely the mini cake cases. The colours are lovely and they are a decent thickness too.

Great colour selection. (I’m saving the dark green and red ones for Christmas!!) Good quality and size for my mini muffins and cupcakes. Cakes didn’t stick to paper which I have experienced with others. Also grease didn’t seep through. Negative point: after 24 hours in the tin, the cases started to peel away from the cakes which wasn’t a great look. Disappointed about that.

Just the right size for a wee mouthful if you dont want to go the full hog on the big muffin cases. I have also used these to make individual ginger cakes. The colours are great and plenty of them. Will be buying them again when these get used .

My kids (and husband!) love mini, bite-sized cupcakes and these little cases are perfect. The rainbow colours are cute and make for eye-catching displays... that's if they stay long enough on the plate for them! Buy with confidence.

These are a reasonable option for mini cases. They come in the range of colours as shown (which not all packs seem to) and are the right size for a 24 muffin tray (just received another set advertised as mini but actually full size). The green is quite dark and they're not the greatest quality, but I would buy them again. My children like organizing the colours!

I ordered these to make chocolate covered marshmallows. I loved the different colours.
