Women's Packable Sun Hat - UPF 50+ Sun Protection - Perla

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and especially the fit. I'm 49 and still, like to look cute when (if) possible but mostly this is for sunscreen. I didn't do my hair all pretty for the pics I wore it like I usually do when I'm outside doing yard work or going for a walk to exercise. So the hat may look a little askew but keep in mind my thick braid on one side. The brim is the perfect size to look cute, not too wide but wide enough to be a great sunscreen. I love my baseball caps but this covers your neck and ears nicely as well. It has some nice lines/curves. I bought two hats at the same time and I loved this style/fit better. (The other style was cute but I couldn’t get a weird little bend out of it that messed up the overall lines/look of it. I received an immediate refund. In fact, it came in a bag make to send back with ease so be careful opening your purchase when you get it just in case.) It fits snug even though I have a small head. It covers my head to my ears being deeper than I expected to my delight. Other reviews had me thinking it was just sitting on top of your head waiting to blow off. They probably have normal sized heads! I took several photos at slightly different angles to give you a real-life feel for the style. I didn’t change the angle of the hat on my head/readjust it, I just tilted my head differently. I hope you appreciate the effort I put into this review. Just putting out there what I wish was there for me when I was deciding. I have a weak chin so this will look much cuter on you! ;)

I am a natural blonde with fair skin that burns easily. I am also prone to sun poisoning. I wore this everyday on a 10 day beach vacation and it worked great. The wide brim provided good protection for face, neck, chest and shoulders along with SPF 70! I wore it in the water but was careful not to get it wet. Very happy with the look, fit and quality. Threw it in my suitcase and beach bag everyday and it never wrinkled. Would highly recommend.

I consider myself to have a big head (!), so I was worried that this hat would be too small. I measured my head's circumference to compare it with the hat's circumference before ordering and thought it would be fine. Upon receiving the hat, which was not folded but shipped in a box roomy enough for it to be in its usual form, I was pleased that it fit perfectly. It will work well to protect me from the sun. I like how the floppyness of it is sturdy but can be arranged as I like it. It's not too floppy and has some stiffening to it. I hope that it will be okay rolled up in my suitcase while I travel -- I'll update if that's a problem.

Seems like a nice hat and looks great, but was too small for my head (22.5 inch circumference). I could pull it on, and while it felt a little tight, it seemed like something I could still maybe tolerate... however, as soon as I started moving my head around, the hat popped up. Definitely not one size fits all, really wish it came in sizes!

This hat fit perfectly on me! I am 5’1”, 108lbs and usually hats run large on me, but not this one. I like that it isn’t made of stuff material either, because i am able to pack it without worrying that it will lose its shape or get damaged. This hat definitely saved my face from getting sunburn when i forgot my sunscreen. Love the fact that it is wide enough to cover my full face, neck and chest, and shoulders from the sun. I am very fair skinned and have rosacea, and this hat definitely keeps me protected.

This is a well made hat. It’s not adjustable and fits snugly. There are no straps to keep it from blowing off in a good breeze. Not as comfortable as I thought it would be.

I wear this hat almost everyday to protect my face, neck and chest from the sun. The brim is great coverage without being ridiculous and floppy. Fits in my purse and comes back out perfect every time. I love it and will probably buy a second in the other color.
