There is a loop at the end. Looks like you pull the loop.... Don't . You break open the tissue paper and it allows the strings to be thrown. Done right it is a lot of fun, and not as messy as silly string.

I will grab these for every celebration. What a brilliant idea. So easy to clean up. Easy for a first grade class to use as well. Many people asked where I got them.

These would make beautiful photos for walking down the aisle after a wedding ceremony or for a send off. I’m not big on gender revels, but also would be fun to have in a blue and pink bundle and then the right color of ribbon (blue or pink) inside. In terms of fun, they aren’t exactly silly-string to chase people with or noisy poppers. However, they are colorful and VERY easy clean up.

These were such a great buy. They do not pop or have anything that could explode them, so I was able to take them on a plane to Vegas for our elopement!! Our photographer was a little hesitant to let us use them in the Vegas streets. I assured her I tried them at home and they don’t leave a mess like normal party poppers. You throw them like a baseball, the strings come out, and then you can quickly roll them up in your hand. No mess or fuss, just fun!!

Purchased these for my daughter’s 5th birthday and they were a hit with kids and adults! They’re safe and have many more streamers than the little firework confetti poppers I had as a kid. The kids loved playing with them and making wigs and costumes out of the leftover streamers. Easy to use. Hold the ball in your hand like a baseball. Loop your middle finger through the ring to secure it in your hand. Gently peel the tissue paper off to expose the streamers and toss it up into the air hard like you’d throw a ball far away. The streamers are very long so the harder you toss the ball the more they will unravel. Younger kids will need help from an adult but once they get set up they have no problem tossing them up to make the streamers spray out. Will definitely purchase these again for future parties!

Bought these for back-to-school photo booth because the confetti won't fly around in the small area. However, when you pop it, some ribbons do not roll out completely. And once they come out, it's nearly impossible to collect the ribbons and roll them back to be reused. They are designed for single uses, in my opinion.

Have a lovely streamer effect and did not make a mess ! Kids loved it but make sure that everyone is told how to use them some pulled the wire off , make sure you hold the wire , dont let go and carefully take the paper cover off before throwing without letting go of the wire. Very pleased with purchase.

I absolutely loved these no-mess streamers for my son's birthday party. I handed each adult a ring to place on their finger. They just had to open a bit of the top paper and let the ribbons fly out. To pack them away, simply pull the strings back towards you to bunch them up, then remove the ring and toss it out. It was that easy! Many parents hadn’t seen this type of party supply before, so the reactions were worth every penny!

Bought for my son's party. Omg the kids LOVED these! It certainly wasn't mess free but way easier to clean up than confetti. I'd buy these again. The kids at the party were ages 5-9
