Memory Foam pillow are very soft. It should be little harder on the top. Though it is comfortable, slightly it should have been harder.

Misguided by specification, as per photo and specification size, not as per I received a small size very low grade.recived 18x11 size only. But actual size as per specification was 23.5x13.4.

I got neck pain from this product instead of comfort.
Poor quality. Discomfort while using. This product is so hard. I got neck pain from this after using it for a week due to excess pressure I faced in my neck area. I don't recommend this one.

Tolle Qualität, vergleichbar mit Tempur Nackenkissen. Eher fest und sehr gut stützend. Ich brauche ein Kissen, was etwas höher als die Tempur Kissen ist und das ist es! Direkt nochmal bestellt.

Does not match description
Did not like the product. Does not match the picture and description. Also, it is not comfortable to sleep on. I tried for a couple of minutes and my shoulder and neck started to pain. Will be returning. Also, it came very crumpled with the cover where the pillow contents shift to one side immediately when you open.

Solid enough to support neck and won't sink down. Normal pillow size (I had another one which was 3/4 normal pillow size - looked messy with a normal size pillow case on.)
