UV-Blocker Sun Umbrella UV Protection Compact - Auto Open/Close - Double Vented Canopy - Wind-resistant Sun Umbrella for Walking - 55+ UPF

I bougt this umbrella for a trip to Japan in late July. It completely saved my vacation. It did a great job of blocking the rays and heat. It was significantly cooler under the umbrella than without it. Any time I was in full sun the umbrella came out. When it is folded up it is larger than a regular umbrella and I was not expecting that. But it was well worth it for the coverage. The button to open and close it worked great. In strong winds I had to close the umbrella.

Awesome!!! Works as described. It IS on the heavy side, but creates dense shade. It’s much cooler under the canopy!! Yay!! I’m ordering the beach umbrella next!!

Expensive but good. I bought the 44 inch one and to see how well it worked, I hung out a thermometer for a while then put it under the umbrella. The temperature dropped around 10 degrees in about 5 minutes. I stayed in roughly the same spot, in direct sunlight. After about 7 minutes it was too hot to stay outside regardless of being under the umbrella so I came back inside. It was around 6 pm in dry heat, in the country, no concrete or tar around. To open the umbrella up you press the button and it shoots open smoothly but with force. It pulls shut fairly easily. Give yourself plenty of space before opening it! And maybe hang on to the attached cord on the handle just in case it shoots out of your hand! The 44 inch one feels plenty large enough and comes with a bag with straps which is handy. Whether or not it’ll hold up in wind I have yet to see. It’s definitely heavier than a regular umbrella but then it’s made of different materials. I like it. Also, when I use the umbrella out near my hummingbird feeders, I no longer worry about an angry hummer piercing my nose.

Good sun umbrella with strong UV protection. The 42” size is compact and works well. It comes with a cover, but NO shoulder strap, and since it’s thick, it doesn’t fit in a bag.I don’t like carrying it by hand. The 44” and 58” includes a strap, which would make this one much better. That’s why I give it 4.5 stars; otherwise, it’s great. Yes, I recommend this item. Well done!

It is medium weight and well made. It is very reflective with a vented top to let heat out. We will be using the umbrellas in Spain next month. Our use of them in hot weather and full sun definitely helped us to stay cooler.

Very pricey but it's one of the best umbrellas I own. Extremely durable frame and the double canopy is well designed to block UV rays and vent out rogue winds and heat buildup

Great umbrella ! No problems with opening and closing . Seems durable , I have used on rain and shine 😊 the appearance is nice looking . I got the biggest size and I feel like it isn’t as big as it made seem . I see myself using this a lot.

DO NOT BUY THIS UV UMBRELLA!! I don't write many reviews. But, when I post a review it is either VERY GOOD OR VERY BAD PRODUCT. That means my review is genuine customer feedback. 1) Took one (1) week to receive this product. 2) I used subject UV umbrella only one (1) time and the umbrella would not retract into the handle for storage!!! 3) Imagine if you bought this 58" umbrella for use on travel and at the airport you have to carry it all day because the handle does not lock to shorten the umbrella for storage? Major burden in convenience during your travel! 4) I was SHOCKED at the length of this umbrella upon opening the package seeing the umbrella first time. So long and bulky!!! Note the size is huge for other sizes of this Seller's UV umbrellas given I bought the other sizes to try and returned them. Even if you were able to retract the umbrella to lock into the handle it is still long and bulky! 5) VERY HEAVY FEELS LIKE A BRICK!! I work out 5x a week and I am a male athlete and my hands/arms were sore from carrying this umbrella after trying out this umbrella for only five (5) minutes!! 6) Ladies be worn not to buy this UV umbrella unless you want a sore or sprained hand/arm holding this UV umbrella! After 5 minutes holding the umbrella it feels like 50lbs imagine using the umbrella longer the weight will feel like an elephant!! Not joking it is like holding a HEAVY brick walking! 7) All the BS on the UV protection specs posted by the Seller the umbrella weighs more than a bus and cheap/ poor quality the UV umbrella broke the first time I used it. 8) The most expensive UV Umbrella in Amazon and it is a piece of JUNK! I don't mind paying for an expensive umbrella, but it is a big disappointment in terms of the cheap quality (broke first time using it) and the weight it no joke - the longer you carry this umbrella the more it weighs from exhaustion. How can a Seller or company design an umbrella like subject product - feels like holding a heavy brick and cheap quality at a very expensive price for a $60 umbrella??? Lastly, this UV umbrella is = JUNK - HEAVY BRICK - POOR CHEAP QUALITY - I returned subject product for a full refund ASAP before the 30 days deadline!!! Thanks to Amazon's fair return policy. ps Not worth the inconvenience even when packaging this umbrella for return I had to use heavy duty tape to package the handle locked given it would not lock and would stick out of the box!

Exclente opción. realmente sirve. El calor del sol disminuye bajo la sombra de la sombrilla. Tengo algo de alergia al sol en los brazos y he estado muy protegida y sin reacciones bajo la sombrilla. es algo pesada y grande, lo cual puede ser incómodo para el transporte en maleta, pero es excelente opción en cuanto a protección solar por el diámetro. Incluye un saco para transportarlo que es muy práctico y evita que tengas que estar cargándolo con la mano cuando no lo usas. Realmente lo recomiendo especialmente para pieles sensibles y con problemas por el sol.

Customer service from U-Blocker is nil. The person with whom I dealt was totally useless in that he did not want to help the customer. He was only interested in selling the product and nothing else. I could not recommend this company and product to anybody.

The umbrella was true to its description but with current weight restrictions on airlines, it is too heavy to be a practical travel item.

A little too heavy but protects effectively from the sun, better than a hat, can be stored in a bag and should be worn in the summer when you are outdoors under the sun.
