Worked Great. Great Online Support!
I followed the instructions and had no problem using this SIM for 3 weeks in Scotland. The data worked with no interruptions or issues, except for a couple of times when I was in very crowded places (it was during the summer festival season). My friends with pre-paid SIMs by other providers actually had a much worse service than me in the same locations.I was unable to use the card in Turkey while the coverage was still on but it's my bad for not reading the list of covered countries carefully. The customer service answered my concern quickly and took the time to look into the issue and explain the reason to me via WhatsApp.I had a transfer in Italy afterwards and the data worked fine there.I did not use this card for calls, but texts seemed working fine, I just mostly use messengers when I travel.I will definitely buy it again if I go to Europe!

Didnโt work for me in Amsterdam
I went from London to Amsterdam with this SIM card. It was fine in London, but did not work in Amsterdam. The service switched over, but I had no internet connection come to find out. First time in Amsterdam and alone at the time and I realized on the train I couldnt access the maps (google maps are supposed to work offline I thought but I had nothing). I was on the wrong train and panicked until I found a shop to sell me a new SIM card.

3 1/2 week of great data and phone use
The key is to order early and install a couple of days before heading to the UK. I received two SIM cards on Monday before heading to London on Wednesday. We have eSIMs for our regular service so I was able to just insert these SIM cards into our iPhones and add them as a second line. By following the instructions given, set up was easy. The day after starting the process, I got a series of texts from 3 that my service was up and running, but my wife only got part of a messages, so I was a bit nervous. When we landed in Heathrow, my wife's data didn't immediately work so I contacted the vendor. They responded within an hour, but by then her data was working fine. So, by the time we left Heathrow until today three and a half weeks later, we have had no problems at all. And the 30 GB that we got was far more than needed. I only used about 10 GB on mine and my wife's a bit less. Highly recommend the service.

First of all, read the instructions ...
from Glenn H's review on April 23. That will ease the setup experience.Overall, the card did what the company said it would do, for the most part. I activated it and installed it before I left and had my British number and was able to give the number to family and friends. It worked in Great Britain and it worked in Romania. Few problems with reception on calls. Few wifi dead spots. Just some glitches on a call in a Manchester airport hotel and some loss of wifi in the Underground.I was NOT able to call from Britain to Romania without "topping off." I elected not to do that. But you will not be able to call from Britain to there, at least, without loading up. Everything else was fine. My mobile data even worked in the U.S. (But read thoroughly, you will not be able to make calls or send texts to the U.S.). Good for letting people reach you but not the ideal solution if you want to call or text out of your area.

Works Beautifully - Easy Peasy!
Follow the directions, and this product works absolutely perfectly. I registered our SIM cards two days before leaving for London (three days before arriving) and during the overnight flight, switched out the SIM cards. When we landed in London, turned the phones on and presto - we were on Three's network with our London phone numbers assigned. Traveled to Paris for a day and the phones worked perfectly there as well. Saved a TON of money versus trying to use a daily international plan from a US carrier. Yes, our US-based phone numbers stopped working - but there are ways around that. Highly, highly recommend and will use again should the need arise.

Not good coverage and super slow in London
My family had a plan to travel in London from June 19, so I ordered two 25G sim cards. I activated them on June 16 online when I was in USA following their instructions. On the airplane to London, I switched the ATT sim to this Three sim, on my two 5G unlocked android phones. In London Gatwick airport, I received messages to show all my two Three Sim cards are working now and get a UK phone number, great. ๐But when I checked these messages, they gave me a big Surprise ๐. I ordered two 25G Sim cards, as said in their ads, with unlimited talk and text, fast 5G network. One Sim had only 50 G data, need pay 10p per minute talk or per message. The other Sim had only 5G data with 3000 minutes for talking and 3000 text messages. What ๐ฎ? Ordered two same cards, eventually got different service packages? No sense ๐ฒ.The worst things are coming.1) During the trip from Gatwick airport to London eye, most of places only show one to two or zero bars. In the under-ground subway stations, definitely out of service.2) In the London eye area, signals were good but internet speed was slow ๐.3) CANNOT make a phone call to my daughter, who has a UK Three phone service. Both cards on different phones failed to call out my daughter. The voice told us that we didn't have enough money on it?!4) But we can call each other with the two phones. ????I wrote an email to customer service, asked for explanation and fixation, still waiting for their solutions. Based on my experience for only half day in London, I definitely not recommend it to my friends.

worked as expected
This sim card worked as promised and expected during my recent Norway trip. I purchased it about one month before the trip. Following the 4-step instruction given in the package (see also the review on April 28, 2023), I activated the card 3 days before departure. Immediately after submitting the online activation form, the webpage displayed that the activation is successful, and an email confirmation with subject line "SIM card Registration completed" was also received. On the day of departure, I powered off my phone, took out my ATT sim card from my phone, and inserted this sim card. Once the airplane landed in Norway, I powered on my phone and immediately received some welcome text messages including a UK phone number. Both data and voice worked fine. I called a Norway phone number and it worked. To place a Norway phone call, I dialed "+47********" (******** stands for the 8-digit Norway phone number). Dialing only "********" will not work though. Happy travelings.

It is not very reliable
at London, it was good. We had phone number and internet. But at Paris, we didn't have phone number and the internet lost in a few days.
