Really good product ,light, came with several shaving heads easy to use . It can be used for beards ,eye brows ,ears, nose, tidying hair cuts and those hairy chests. Bought this for my Father very pleased . Good value for money, also bought the extra bottle of oil to go with it . All fits into a smart little zip case and it’s cordless too.

good quality product 100% recommend i’ve used it 3/4x since purchased and cuts beautifully the only pain of this is when you clean the blades it’s messy and a lil pain as it clogs if you have dry skin conditions but recommend regardless 🫶🏼👍🏽👌🏽

I'm not happy with this product. It runs very slowly and intermittently speeds up and slows down. I have had it charging over night, so expected it to be fully charged, but there is no charging indicator, tried it in the morning and still the same. I have even tried using it whilst plugged in and still the same! I think the unit is faulty but apparently the return window is closed now. I've only had it about 3 months! If anyone knows how I can get a replacement or my money back, please let me know. Possibly just a bad unit I have or a not very good!

Decent product for the price but will definitely be looking to buy a better one. I had a more expensive one and the quality was much better. I feel like this one is much slower or less effective and requires charging constantly

Just over a years usage and it doesnt hold any charge, it was kept clean and used on a bi-daily basis. It was good whilst it lasted and done what I needed it for but just disappointed that the battery only lasted a year before it stopped holding a charge.

Once you have mastered changing the heads, great tool.

Perfect size travel kit with everything I need

Heads are clumsy and fiddly to change, this needs totally redesigning its a major flaw of the product rendering it very disappointing for this reason. The power of the cutter is also weaker than expected. It also struggles on face and hair. Its a very well priced item, so it wont be perfect, but it seems weak and the interchanging of the heads is very very poorly designed and a cheaply made feature. This needs attention and redesigning immediately. On a plus it comes with a wash bag to store the items and an easy plug in 3 pin charger unlike many high priced 2 pin items with difficult charging docking systems, this ine is simple. It also has everything you need for a full head face and body groom. For a quick attempt at a fly over its passable as useful. But a daily use for a thick well grown beard or head of hair it underperforms. Unfortunate as its a good sized well adapted and easy to charge item. Just a shame the head change-over is poor and its not as powerful as it could be.

Kann leider in Deutschland nicht genutzt werden, UK- Stecker am netzgerät, nicht wie beschrieben USB Anschluss.
