Not Reliable – Professional Testing Shows Different Result
We are a family of four and all of us took this test. The results indicated that we all had deficiencies. However, when we had a blood test done by the NHS, in the same week, it showed that none of us had any deficiencies. While we’re pleased that we are all in good health, it’s concerning that tests like these can be misleading. Many people, like us, might waste money, take unnecessary supplements, and potentially put their health at risk. I would caution anyone considering this test to think twice.

Easy to use and good value
Easy to use if you follow the instructions and a quick indication of any a anemia.

Easy results but had to break the lancet to use
Pack arrived quicker than expected and had clear instructions. However the lancet looked nothing like what was shown in the instructions and it failed to trigger. Ended up breaking it open to manually stab my finger with the needle. Results showed up quite quickly and let me call my gp without worry about wasting their time.

Great kit
I bought this for my daughter as she is away at uni and was feeling tired and poorly but didn’t want to register with a gp away from home. The test was simple and painless, a thumb prick onto a test board- result in seconds showed an abnormal reading, so I was able to inform her gp at home and he arranged a blood test for her on her next visit home. Turns out she is iron deficient and is now taking prescription iron tablets. Great kit for a quick result.

Great difficulty getting enough blood sample.
Like other reviews, I found it very difficult to obtain enough blood sample. The lancets supplied with the kit had no instructions on how to use, couldn't work them out, so I used a spring loaded adjustable lancet that I have with another test kit. Eventually, having lanced three fingers, managed to fill the pipette to the line. Test came back as being low but I have no confidence in the result due to all the messing around filling and refilling the pipette.
